Thank you very much for this detailed explanation :)
Thanks for the very detailed look at the gui.
Great video! Thanks for showing both basic and advanced. I am looking at replacing a Synology RT2600ac. I just needed to see what advanced features were on this router. I currently use my router with NextDns for filtering and blocking ads, junk like that, but I use DOH. I didn't see that in your video unless I missed it.
You're welcome!
Great video definitely buying one. Thanks
One Question, can you setup more than one Guestnetwork at the same time. I pay the bills, have flatmates who need a ""guestnetwork" and a "guestnetwork" for actual guests would be nice as well.
Great review !
A speed test on my rural internet wouldn't showcase the router. It would, however, show that I don't have great internet out in the country.
@@bcczeus agreed sorry didnt know.
I have this same router and it's actually slowing down my internet from gigabit to 350mbps. Any idea why? The reason why I know it's the router is because I went back to using my Comcast modem and plugged my ethernet cable into into that instead and got what I'm supposed to be getting. I factory reset the router and only worked for a little while before the problem came back a few hours later. I'm not impressed with this router by any means, especially for how expensive it is! Any idea why this is happening? Support wasn't helping so I'm at a total loss here...
I have that same router model: TP-Link Archer C5400X but I don't have that option: Smart Life Assistant.
Hello, internet is not working in My AC5400X, living in Nigeria, can somebody help?
Move countries
Can you select individual days for the parental controls I like you bock my kids from using the internet from Sunday to Thursday after 10pm so they go to bed ha ha
It does have daily schedules available and time slots for access or denied access. You may have to create separate rules, but what your asking for is available as I've done it myself.
Getting significantly slower speeds bridging my ISP's modem through the Archer. :/
I cannot see all 7 of my storage drives! WTF?
