In cross Vpolarisation is Vyb if fault is assumed on R phase. RCA will be the angle by which applied voltage is displaced. RCA will add to Vyb.for oc. RCA will be angle between Vyb and MTA

yes your correct for RCA. IN ABB relay the MTA angle is given ( R-Phase) so if you calculated MTA=90-RCA. you will get ref from IR.
