Usually you will need a license for regulated job. If you need a license then answer YES
If one has got a nomination, and all the documents are send as per the requirement , how time much time does it take for a confirmation of Alberta pnp.

Lmia exemption is what employer prepares

During a consultation with an immigration consultant, she advised me to obtain a police clearance certificate for both me and my husband, as well as translated birth certificates for both of us, and a translated marriage certificate. Well that is what you get when you go to a consultant. They make it more complicated than it has to be.
Yes you need PCC for both applicants.
No You Don't need a birth certificate if you are not the child of applicants.
Most Marriage Certificates have dual languages so you should be OK. But in case you are applying from a country which has a no english language marriage certificates then yes you need it .
You need to provide them at the stage of responding to your ITA

In alberta tech pathway application:
1. My primary noc in EE has 1.3 yr of exp in canada. I got 2 promotions wjth salary hike only. Should I add three rows with different wages or only one row with last salary in the experience section?
2. For my india's expereience I got 3 promotions in 10 years and same responsibilities but different designation. One row or different rows? Noc code is diff than the primary in EE.
3. My indian reference letter does not include salary.can I add my pay slips and tax returns to proof my salary.
If your promotion changes the NoC then only you need to add separate line.. i did unique combinations for noc, location and designation but it’s upto you

Noc will depend on what work you do.. or will do.. there are usually not more than a couple of choices

In the work experience section they mentioned the total years of experience to date as i have 6 months of experience then how to write it in that section.
I'm not sure I got your question. Work Experience is at least 12 months of AB experience or 24 Months in RoW. So if you have only 6 months of experience then you need to wait. Does this answer your question?

No once you accept your nomination and get an AOR you are good. You should get an ITA and AOR before 6 months
Sometimes it takes PR 10 months as well right so that's the point

You have to add all your global experience.

AOS is a more better option as you control the things there. Waiting for NOI from AEE can take forever

LMIA is decided by the employer. So please check with the employer on LMIA.
Hello Manish, I am working remotely for a company in the US but my employer (employer of record) in Canada (based in Ontario) is registered in Alberta and I am working in Alberta. Is this setup OK for AOS?

Well expired LMIA are not valid and you may have to get a renewed LMIA during PNP process

Well yes there’s always a chance but if he needs you to continue to work for him he will have to? Why wouldn’t he agree if he gave t work? Does he only want you there for a limited time? OR are you going through a consultant?

Hi sir, I did my masters in Calgary which is of 1 year. So I have 1 year PGWP which expires on next year November 2024.
I meet the requirements for Tech Pathway.
But to meet eligibility for opportunity stream I have to work for 4 more months to make it to 6 months.

The Alberta Tech Pathway is designed for candidates with job offers in one of the 38 technology occupations listed by the program 12. If you have a job offer in a technology occupation that is not listed in the Accelerated Tech Pathway, you may still be eligible to apply for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) under the Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS) 2.
The AOS is designed for foreign workers who have the skills and experience to fill jobs in Alberta’s industries 2. If you do not have a job offer in a technology occupation, the AOS may be a better option for you.
The AINP has updated the National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes as of November 16, 2022 1. I applied for study permit and was approved. So immediately I used same email and login details to open AAIP portal I had access to create a profile but I have not received any nomination and I have not created any EE (Express Entry) profile on IRCC portal yet.

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker 1. Most employers need an LMIA before they can hire a temporary foreign worker 1. The LMIA application must be submitted by an employer that meets the following requirements: operates a legitimate and active business, offers goods or services to the general public, has the financial means to pay a salary to a foreign worker, can demonstrate a genuine need for a foreign worker to fill a specific position, and has not engaged in layoffs of any employees within the past 12 months preceding the LMIA application 1.
However, some jobs do not need an LMIA. For instance, if you have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least 1 year (or an equal amount of part-time work), your employer doesn’t need an LMIA to support your job offer 2.

I have already created express Entry profile but i got low score so i am planning to apply AOS myself,but I created Express Entry with consultancy i don’t have excess to check my EE updates, what if i got Nomination from AOS than My EE profile will be effective or Not.
AOS is non Express Entry related, so not sure what do you mean here. If you or your consultant has created an EE profile and AOS application, then it will be 2 different profiles. EE score dosen't impact AOS

2. I got LMIA but it will be expire when I got 12 months experience. I ask my agency to extend my LMIA but they said because my work permit is based on that LMIA so the LMIA is automatically eligible, no need to renew LMIA. Is that correct?

AOS doesn't recognize PGWP experience from non Alberta institute. But you can explore other AAIP Streams,

The Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS) is a pathway to permanent residence for foreign workers who plan to or are already living in Alberta and have a job offer from an Alberta employer 1. The Alberta Express Entry Stream is for qualified candidates with an Express Entry profile 12.
To answer your question, you do not need to create an Express Entry profile before applying for AOS. However, if you are eligible for one of the programs under Express Entry, you can submit a profile to the Express Entry pool. Your profile will be assigned a CRS score, and the highest-ranking candidates are periodically issued invitations to apply (ITA) for permanent residence 34.

Most of Alberta pnp programs needs job offer. Without job offer your only option is to wait for Alberta Express Entry to pickup your profile from express entry.

If Lmia is mot required then you will have a lmia exemption proof. Upload that along with open work permit

Then, I will come to Alberta with my PGWP to be employed in a religious community and work in Alberta for one year.
