Edit: Damn, this is now my most viewed video. Holy crap
Most things around them match their Calamity abilities. Blue, Pink, and Green objects have assigned importance throughout the show, each depending on which of the girls is being focused on
Here's a subtle one most people probably haven't picked up on: We know from the temples and Andrias that the gems don't just give powers or transport people but also acts as an energy source for Amphibia's ancient but futuristic technology. In the episode segment "Fort in the Road", the Ruins of Despair is said to have originated from before written history and has never been opened until it conspicously does when Anne and Sprig takes a selfie at the door, possibly because it detected Anne's power from the gem. Later in True Colors, all the robot factories opens and activates when Andrias connects the fully charged box to the castle, implying it really was the gem energy within Anne that opened it back in Fort in the Road.
That.. actually makes sense. It would also explain why the factory managed to be activated by just a pull of a lever from Sprig. If Anne didn’t have the power from the stones in her, that lever probably would have done nothing.
I have a theory that the reason Anne could never get rid of the branches in her hair, is because they're somehow part of her power. Because during the fight, as she puts more force into an attack the branches get longer and longer. As long as she was connected to her stone, the branches would continue to grow back.
WHAT IF THE BRANCHES WERE MEANT TO STAY UNTIL SHE USED THR POWER, AND HER POWER SYMBALISES A DEER, BECAUSE IT GREW TO ALMOST HORN LIKE THINGS, AND THEY WENT AWAY IN S3 BECAUSE SHE WILL BE USING HER POWER MORE OFTEN AND IS GETTING USED TO IT AND THE TWIGS WERE LIKE SOMETHING TO HELP HER AND STUFFFFFFFF I just rambled a whole thought line-
I noticed both Anne and King Andrias have parallels 1. Both represent blue 2. Both are outgoing and friendly (Andrias before TC) 3. Both had some sort of betrayal of close friends I feel like King Andrias is what happens if Anne went down a dark path.
I have a feeling that Valeriana (the second temple guardian) purposely made it to where Anne's stone would only be half charged, letting Anne stay connected to its powers, because she knew that Andrias was evil and wanted to give at least one of the girls a fighting chance. It makes sense considering she's one of the very few people who actually knows all about the box's powers. And despite not knowing EXACTLY how old she is, I bet she's old enough to remember Andrias's ancestors being "glorious conquerors", and the prophecy that Andrias is trying to prevent.
I think Valeriana's original task was to keep track of the box when Sprig and Polly's ancestor stole it and brought it to Earth. Eventually, the box made its way to the pawn shop, but it was still under Valeriana's watch by the time the girls stole and activated it. Since the box was in Anne's possession, Valeriana decided to watch over both Anne and the box to make sure she wasn't using it for the wrong reasons. Hence, why she knows things she couldn't possibly know about Anne's escapades in Amphibia (Plus the fact that she snores) along with her stealing the box in the first place.
Anne throwing a wrench in Andrias's millenia long scheme by following her heart is just so perfect. (Not to mention, Marcy was the unintentional cause of that as well.(

Each of the three characters actually had some similar foreshadowing, although not as much as Anne. Marcy gets the same eye flashing as Anne when the green gem is charged, and Sasha’s eyes flash red when she picks up the hammer, in the same way as Anne in episode one. I think they lost their connections with their stones because of them being fully charged. That would explain why Andrias was so excited to send them to the temples, because it would not only restore his music box, but lock the power inside of the gems. Anne never completed the process so the energy was able to leak out and reconnect with her during the final scene. The stones must have imprinted on them when they traveled. Andrias must have known that they could gain power from them because he says something along the lines of Anne “still” being connected to the stone. He knew that a fully powered human could defeat him!
Most shows (including this one) do fully animated scenes and when i say this i mean on ones instead of twos for intense battle scenes, so yea its more smooth
I have never watched this show before, but that final fight is filled with emotion, not just from Anne but from every single person who animated it. Bravo.

(This next part is kind of a theory) Anne might be the only one (for now, I don't know) who can actually use her powers since she's still connected to the stone.
I think the same, it is not just to say it but in true colors when sasha and grime lower the photo of andrias as if it were the good to a bad one, in the upper part you can see 3 silhouettes of the girls with their colors and that of the blue color medium (anne) emanating her color
I always liked how Anne Sasha and Marcie are animated in a very slightly different style to the rest of amphibia. It sells the feeling of them being out of place even more. Then when super say-Anne comes out, Anne is animated in the style of the world around her. It’s a really small detail but I love it.
I realized in best fronds after the "Friend punch" that sprig did it starts playing a bit of no big deal (19 minutes and 2 seconds - 19 minutes and 9 seconds when the creature roars) and its almost like that everytime they fight something but its always a different part of the song and at 3:50 its playing all the parts of the no big deal songs that were in the episodes (I know most of the parts are in season 1 but im not sure about season 2) this can lead to more lore episodes that use this song, so it might have a tiny bit of showing powers again
So if what you say is true about Anne relating to the dragonfly. That means Marcy would be the butterfly or the "Personification of metamorphosis" as she put it in Battle of the bands. Then What about Sasha? I couldn't tell what bug or creature she personified.
At first, I thought the glowing sword was just a Hobbit/Lord Of The Rings reference, but now we know… It totally was, but also foreshadowing Anne’s power.
*screams* The animation from the fight scene in True Colors was so smooth and amazinggggg and I love the foreshadowing! I love it when the straight up fictional animation shows have these really indept, long time taken scenes. The Owl house has the fight with Eda and Lilith and Amity's fight with Hunter, and amphibia has- well they have a lot-
I wonder, if the gems do lose energy how long will it take and will Marcy and Sahara still be connected to them. And it’s seems as if the slow re-energising of the blue gem was purposeful, the other two recharged instantly so there’s a possibility it was made to be slow in order to allow the one connected to it to still have their powers
This was the most hyped moment of Season 2 and there's was a lot of buzz when it first happened. Yet somehow, that didn't convince to get into the show! It took me to watching All In and(parts of) the Hardest Thing to finally get me to watch whole series. By the time I got back to the last 2 episodes, they now hit me differently because I had now become emotionally attached to the characters and the story. Same with the Owl House, I watched it after I had finished the Amphibia and King's Tide had already come out.
The last episode gives me such strange feelings since I watched it in the Emergency room, waiting for fluids. Like holy fuck YOOOOOOOOOOO ANNEEEE and then I just remember explosive ecoli
In Wally and Anne, when Anne grabs Wally with her hood up, her eyes are glowing under the hood and look faintly blue. Also, the Moss Man has glowing blue eyes and the butterflies glow the same color.

At first, I thought the glowing sword was just a Hobbit/Lord Of The Rings reference, but now we know…
It totally was, but also foreshadowing Anne’s power.
*screams*
The animation from the fight scene in True Colors was so smooth and amazinggggg and I love the foreshadowing! I love it when the straight up fictional animation shows have these really indept, long time taken scenes. The Owl house has the fight with Eda and Lilith and Amity's fight with Hunter, and amphibia has- well they have a lot-
and in the fight between anne and sasha in the 2 season intro and on the bridge to close the doors and thus not let the toads enter
@@p.lion_artz YEAHHHHH
Lol, “So what you’re saying is, I finally snapped” *hallucination sprigs thumbs up*
For once, being impatient and taking something before it's fully charged was the best decision.
I think Anne’s gem not charging all the way was the reason she still had her powers in True Colors
I like how you just straight up put ultra instinct for anne who just evades attack that was logically supposed to happen
Marcy being the personification after the end of season 2 is straight up hilarious
You know it’s about to go down when the animation boosts up to top tier. 😂
And that was just only 25% of One for All. Can't wait to see that episode when she uses 100%
I know this isnt what you meant, but I hope the costume was foreshadowing Anne getting dragonfly wings
A neat parallel to Star's butterfly wings
It’s true that it was foreshadowed! But that fact that they went all anime with it in the hardest thing
“The leaves have plot?!”

Anne still has her powers bc she interrupted the recharge and therefore has still energy inside her
Holy crap, how did I miss all of this, her eyes glowed so many times and I caught none of them-
Anne’s god mode just activated and having boss abilities rn
Even before Anne got her powers she was able fight well.
Xyro: Anne could potentially have a super form
The last episode gives me such strange feelings since I watched it in the Emergency room, waiting for fluids. Like holy fuck YOOOOOOOOOOO ANNEEEE and then I just remember explosive ecoli
Ahh I’d never really noticed the No Big Deal motif in her power theme!
Omg I love amphibia…. I couldn’t stop watching the last episode true colors and I kept re-playing it
Who else is waiting for the 3rd season 🥺🥺🥺
Me lol
Thank goodness I’m not the only one 😅
I literally set a timer on my phine
Phone*
Well, it's out now! :D
The anne magic hair is like chowder where the characters clothes are weird.
In Wally and Anne, when Anne grabs Wally with her hood up, her eyes are glowing under the hood and look faintly blue. Also, the Moss Man has glowing blue eyes and the butterflies glow the same color.
You guys all forgot the first episode when she fought the praying mantis... Her eyes glowed blue when she yelled for Sprig to DO SOMETHING!!
1:30
GEEZ, just how violent was this show?!
The smooth animation when shes talking tho :0
pleaaaas make more video with foreshadowing moment
The fact that they foreshadows her powers in the first episode is amazing and not many people noticed
Anne breaks his AT field like queen😌👌
Ann: "The drinks"
Me: very good way to hide that Disney.
1:10 seriously anne? We all know it was your fault that their house was ruined. You were the one to make the monster and you were responsible for it tripping on the house itself. It was you who ruined what you worked so hard to protect. It was you anne Not that vegetable creature.
« The leaves have plot » is one of the best sentence I’ve ever read 😂
Actually in the season two theme Anne’s sword is blue I didn’t notice until like a few weeks after amphibia ended
At 1:20- This was the first time I ever noticed the foreshadowing of her powers. Me and my sister talking for like 30mins about what it could mean but never landed on an answer- NOW WE GOT DIS! LOVING IT!
1:50 i doubt it, she was just going crazy like sprig said.
Every good show needs a good soundtrack, and Amphibia passes that division with FLYING COLORS.
