My favourite place to stay right now. The hotel is ok like in your video. And the location cannot be beaten. You have this wonderful inside food court a few steps away. You are connected to all baht bus lines. You are in walking distance to beach, Soi Buakhao, Soi 7 /8, So Made in Thailand, New Plaza and and and. What I like most is that this area is quite busy until dawn. If the lights are out everywhere else (except WS), you will find open food stalls right (try the Sushi takeaway) in front of August Suites. Many bar girls, staff etc. live in the area and are a going for a late night snack when they come home. So it is easy to sozialize even at 4 or 5 am if you like to. BKK 112, keep up the good work.

Book April, use August swimming pool. :) August is in great location. 11 minute walk to central festival, 3 minutes from Soi Buakhow, 10 minutes from beach. Use baht bus and you're 3 minutes away from Big C.
March, August and April suites are all superb hotels at a bloody good price. Always stay at March myself. Just watch for the rainy season. I was woken up at 3am to get my car out the underground garage as it was flooding. Had to drive it round to August Suites then get a lift back to the March.
I like April Suites as well , it’s off of 2nd road. It’s on the Baht bus route and there are moto taxis there as well. You also have a lot of great places you can walk too.
How fucking awesome when I heard the guy playing Jesses Girl by Rick Springfield. That was a frickin anthem back then man! When I go back to Pattaya I’m gonna play all my favorite 80’s songs on the balcony and rock out with my barfine....

I just stayed there in December. I paid around $60 for a one-bedroom suite, floor area is twice of what shown in this video. I always prefer bigger space, than a studio room. Nothing major to complain about overall. No problem bringing back girls.
Location is fine Baht bus to walking St and a few minutes walk to LK Metro and Soi Lengkei-Soi Buakhao. You will have no problems getting from the hotel to all the action.

40 bucks a night is super cheap. Man look at the shine on that floor, don't see that in American rooms. Personally I hate bathtubs so minus a mark seems a little harsh. Your videos have made me now want to see a part of the world I really have had no interest in seeing before. They way you film your journey's makes me feel like I am there with you. airbnb is technically illegal in Thailand, so I don't recommend using it as you open yourself up to potential problems. You can get evicted with no refund for simple things like noise complaints. Also, many condo residents are sick of having to deal with noisy tourists staying for short periods of time. Until there are any changes I won't be recommending airbnb for the time being. Its a lovely hotel, but they really need to do something about that MASSIVE tree that hangs over the pool blocking out most of the sun (for us sun lovers!)

So this hotel is on Central Pattaya road...is it far from April suites. Read somewhere there is a shortcut to April suites from August suites
