I remember scrimmaging Cave Spring in High School. It was "Barber twins this...and Barber twins that." When I first saw them I was not impressed. Yes, They were fast but they were very small. I played tight end for the opposing team. My play was called. The Dump pass! As I came off the line, the linebackers blitzed and I was wide open. I caught the ball, turned and all I saw was the top of a black helmet. Sometime later, as I sat on the bench, I realized what day it was, then where I was, then what had happened. Ronde, you gave me my first and last concussion and a great career as a spectator. I've always been a respectful fan of the Barber twins. Congratulations on the HOF!

I think Barber getting into the hall is not a slap I'm the face . You can still be a great player without being a shutdown HOF. Ronde proved playing CB can look many different fractions.

Because he and his twin both made the league, they made a big deal out of it. But watching him play several times I was never too terribly impressed. What was he like All Pro twice? YES, IT'S AMAZING TO MAKE IT TO THE NFL. What's next, Bob Uecker making it to Cooperstown?? ("Front row!")

OK, I was thinking he was the running back, Tiki. (Who really wasn't that special.) Ronde was first team All-Pro, and had a 16-year career. I stand corrected.

WTF??? SERIOUSLY??? The only CORNERBACK in NFL HISTORY to have 1044 solo tackles, 88 tackles for loss, 28 QB sacks and 47 interceptions. Also had 197 passes defended, 8 defensive touchdowns and 923 interception return yards. Pull me up some better stats bro if you can and tell me who is more deserving. You CANNOT.
