Bo's tripwire gadget: make the blast range bigger when the gadget is used, that way that gadget would be more about breaking walls instead of damage dealing, and maybe it would still catch some people of guard while not being unfair. Ms P first star power rework: every four seconds his attack has bigger explosion area when his suitcase bounces. That way he would have a more consistent way to counter throwers, more range and the change would actually be felt. Meg's second gadget rework: Meg makes a holo-barrier sorta thing that blocks all projectiles, but brawlers can walk through it, kinda like Buster's super. It would be a circle and last a few seconds, kinda like Gale's second gadget, only it would be the exact opposite, block attacks but not brawlers. I think It would help Meg very much, it would help get a strong position in her big form and charge super in her small form, and help teammates, but it won't be very effective at close range. Griff second gadget rework: Meg's gadget that I just reworked would because Griff's new gadget, as his current one is useless and when they asked for gadget ideas the faster reloud turret idea was given to both Meg ans Griff and I think it suits him better. Shelly's first gadget rework: Instead of a dash, Shelly would shoot out a lasso that will go automatically toward the closest brawler, the same way Piper's first gadget works, so there's a chance to miss the farther you are from the target. If the lasso hits a brawler, it pulls Shelly to that brawler, like Buzz's super, only it doesn't stun. I think it will improve Shelly a lot, and would encourage a more close up play style with her. Jacky's second gadget rework: The range of the gadget is bigger by at least one or two tiles so it can actually have an impact in serious matches. Lily's first gadget rework: There's one second cooldown like Nita's stun gadget or Bo's tripwire gadget, that you wait a moment between activation to the effect. That way people can counter it a bit more while it still being useful. Belle's second gadget rework: For the next three seconds, her attacks bounce. I know you can still have plays with it currently but come on. It needs this. Gene's first gadget rework: People don't get that Berry's gadget is the same as Gene's but just better at every way, so Gene should always heal no matter is enemies are knocked back, and Berry maybe needs to heal less with his gadget. Sprout first gadget rework: Yeah same thing it also bugs me that Bull's gadget is the same but better, but I don't know how to fix this without unbalancing them, the best I can think about is to buff Sprout's. Max second gadget rework: Instead of setting a point and then coming back to it, I think it should still have like a one to two seconds cooldown, and then just teleport to wherever you were five to six seconds ago. (With health and emmo but if it's too strong then it can be removed) It does the same thing but it's more user friendly and has more utility. Leon first gadget rework: Has the same effective Hp as leon himself. (If it's not enough: heals. (If it's not enough: has the same move pattern has Lawrie.)) While this gadget is to fool players, skilled players use it to approach and block damage, and I think it should be easier to do that with this gadget.
I think the max's gadgets could be rebalanced differently, the first one would become what the name already suggests; PHASE shifter. Now, it doesnt tank any shots, they just go through her which means that she can no longer protect her teammates with it which is fair considering how good the gadget is now. For the second gadget, it teleports you instantly back 5 secs, if you hold the gadget button a reticle will appear as a circle indicating where you will end up.

Chuck's gadgets are already balanced and rerouting is really powerful in outside of heist There is a lot of tricks you could do with it too, it doesn't need to give the next super a knockback considering chuck ALREADY DOES have a knockback in his kit, he can already do 2 knockback trick, post + super or double post, a lot of suprise tricks you could do which is as good as the other one
Unfortunately no because that would require animating stuff/modding and I have no idea how to do any of those 2 and don't really have time to completely learn either one of those...
The usefulness of the mini porter is just to put another porter on the field making you extra annoying to single target brawlers also you use it at the beginning for early recon useful for bush maps. Finally the mini porters don’t fade away just like a regular porter even when you use the gadget again. With this and the right setup you can have up your 5 porters on a heist safe
Maybe they can change lily's gadget that she can only activatetge gadget in a bush but in the shadow realm she gets a 25% speed boost and with the worse gadget they can just change so that you get your super immidiatly after activating the gadget

Idk about nerfing Draco's gadget beacuse he is pretty balanced right now and nerfing it might make him fall off. If he gets a great hypercharge then it would be a good idea to nerf the gadget, but as he currently stands it tmight be safer to leave it for now.
