I think that a brawler needs a balance between pro-players level and casual becouse if u buff a brawler that isn't meta but is used a lot u create an inbalance and most people will hate it (all no skill brawler aren't meta and should be like this)
Amber Is meta and she still hasn't have an hypercharge and other simple brawler like Frank and Clancy are meta so there are actually low-skill brawler in meta
Also I personally think that frustrating brawler in meta are worse than low skill brawler meta brawler like Angelo and Piper are really annoying to face against even if they require the skill to aim the shots and when they are meta they have more annoying part of their kit than a simple brawler like Jacky or Rosa

Right, like yes edgar sucks and is barely played by pros, but he's everywhere in ladder and casuals love playing him even in ranked, buff him and he becomes even more toxic. Bo is one that is mediocre only because there are currently better options but buffing him would make him too good and I don't think that's a good thing because he is far too common imo.
Everytime I watch balance change suggestions, I get reminded that my days with an overpowered main are drawing to a close sooner or later. At least they aren‘t nerfing Frank into the ground immediately, but taking it slowly. he deserves all the time in the spotlight he can get after the neglect he had to suffer through. I just hope they continue to be careful with him, as to not drop him down to F-Tier once more.
My opinions regarding the video: Shelly - Imo Shelly is not exactly in need of a buff, though buffing her hypercharge is not a bad buff and would help her remain consustent in the meta. Good buff. Bull - Great buff overall, 10800 hp + higher hc charge rate are needed buffs for Bull, since when Doug and Hank are inevitably reworked, he will be the worst tank in the game. There needs to be a reason to use him instead of Darryl, and a better hc utility + more tankiness can be that reason. Primo - The hc charge buff is good, but I feel like Primo hc needs a complete rework instead. As you said, the hc sucks, but buffing the radius would just make it more annoying yet still bad. Poco - Poco hyper's shield can last for 10 seconds, though I feel like Poco does not really need a stronger yet harder to get hc atm. He is already synergizing fine with the meta brawlers. The buff idea is not bad though. Bo - Bo already has good dps and range. Why do we want to have 2 supers on the map anyway? I feel like instead of that, he just needs a hypercharge. This is the only thing he lacks. His hc can drop 6 bombs, instead of doubling his super we can have a super doubling hc. Edgar: I feel like Edgar needs to have more lifesteal to survive just as you said. The sp switch seems okay. Bonnie - I think Bonnie's problem is his lack of survivability in the human form and slow projectiles in the cannon form. Clyde's projectile speed getting buffed is a step at the right direction, though I feel like Bonnie needs a shield of 30% or so for 4-5 seconds after super to survive for a while and defeat the enemies. Super delay is a good buff too. HP buff for Clyde is unneccesary, that can be switched with the super buff. Hank - He needs tank trait and a higher SCR (28% -> 34% per max hit). I have been making posts on reddit about this for decades as a Hank main, and you having the same opinion as me about this makes me happy. However, he needs a tad more rn imo: Both of his sps are trash. The speed SP used to be broken since it made Hank's speed 864, but since its nerf, the 792 speed is literally below 820 and does not help Hank chase anyone whatsoever. I think Hank is no different than brawlers like Bibi in terms of speed requirement, so his speed SP should be buffed to this: The more Hank inflates his bubble, the higher his speed gets. This can allow him to acquire higher speed, from 720 to 820 (max). Finally, just make his bubble explode upon death/knockback, and reduce his hp from 11200 -> 10800 for compensation. I am a Hank main so this might be too much, but I just feel like Hank needs these changes to be B tier. Ash - Ugh. The buff you suggested in the last video was really good, but this one just feels like overkill. Having very fast + consistently in rage 3 is kinda crazy. Ash's speed buff can be 770 at Rage 1, 845 at Rage 2, and 920 at Rage 3 imo. I will add the other brawlers tomorrow.

So: Fast, Fast +, and Very Fast but with slightly less buff. Imo Clancy's speed (890) would be broken for him since he is tankier than Clancy. Again, I really appreciate your balance change ideas. I think they are really good, hence I enjoy commenting about them.
I LOVE all these ideas, except: Edgar's, adding damage to his super makes it more similar to El Primo's and I'm not sure about adding silence not only to an Epic brawler but the one new players get for free for login in, Fang's, I don't think you need to change the hc super effect you could just nerf the damage, Eve's, the hp decay makes her unique you could just buff the duration or the hp, Frank's, I think it's good that Power Grab's better than boring Sponge you could nerf anything else about him instead, Juju's, nerfing the range on bush attacks makes them more similar to each other you could nerf it's damage even more instead to make the attacks more different and Kenji's, walking after the super has a lot of skill expression and removing that you take that skill out of it and that gadget rework should just be a different gadget
Like Surge's tp was removed, this should be removed. Give him a range a little bigger than Cordelius, make his attack a bit less wide so the mechanic of having a tipper actually makes sense, and get rid of last stand. Maybe make second sp baseline with some nerfs and make the heal instant if the rest of my idea makes him too weak

Honestly, I think even if they’d do something as simple as adding bulls stomp gadget to his super (tap again to stop), then you can make the gadget that his next super slows - or if they want to keep that, make it so that his next super moves slightly faster or something
Supercell really needs to ramp up the amount of balance changes they do every update in my opinion. The meta has been mega stale for as long as I remember, just the new brawlers always at the top. I'd love changes like these, seriously!
I agree, if we look at recent characters, kenshi, moe, Larry, juju, and a few others are still absolutely insane, meanwhile cool, unique characters just get no love in order to at least be a decent pick, instead of entirely being out shined
Sorry, but Brawl Stars loves Rico. That’s why he hasn’t been Nerfed yet. I think it’s clear to me that he’s the favorite child at this point if everyone is complaining about him being broken and yet they still haven’t done anything to fix him. There’s a little bit of favoritism going on. Don’t get me wrong. I’m a little biased too because I main Rico but even I can tell he needs a Nerf yet somehow they haven’t done it yet and I have a feeling if this continues he’s gonna become the best brawler in the game because of power creep and the other brawlers that are top-tier are getting Nerfed Rico just might find his way to the top eventually, but that could just be me being biased again
@@MunsterMo Colt 2.0 with bouncing bullets, assasin extermination gadget a hypercharge that equals a free super cycle montage, a star power that makes it so when you are low health you move as fast as Max with her super, the other star power makes some maps literally unplayable because of how much damage it gives and finally a reload gear so you cant be out of ammo and always win. The Edgar Buff "Lifesteal Trait" was pretty confusing, to be honest. Plus, adding a short-time Silence would make him a little unbalanced, since 0,5 seconds is time enough for Edgar to smash you when using a Glass Cannon, or thrower.
The lifesteal is probably that Kenji has it in his profile while Edgar doesn't. But as the first sp would be baseline the super would also lifesteal. But i agree the intention of making him more skilled was completely missed because all that would do is remove counterplay, make the second sp useless and the rest would be the same, camp and jump on the matchups you can win
It would basically change a few key interactions. Notably, it would mean that Edgar could heal off of objects such as spawnables, pets, the heist safe, or anything else that isn't a brawler. He would also get healing from his super.
My suggestions for balance changes for other brawlers: Mortis - dmg buff and nerf to hyper bc base brawler sucks but hyper is op. Amber - nerf gadget dmg. Bea - buff to small attack, 1600 dmg is nothing. Gus - starpower nerf, 25% to 20% dmg increase. Dyna - stun reduced from 1.5 to 1 sec, dyna is balanced but gadget feels too toxic. Pam - dmg buff 520 to 550 from one bullet and hypercharge. Emz - hyper charge rate increased

I think the point of shelly's hypercharge effect was to bring back her ability to chain supers with just one ammo, so it's not necessarily terrible in some situations, but I do think the charge rate increase would be fair
its so annoying that supercell probably won't give a buff to a brawler like Edgar or Bo because they are op for new players and they won't nerf Gus and Byron even though they are too good bc they are fine to them
Honestly??? that Edgar buff is VERY WELL THOUGHT! it's been AGES since Edgar was good by himself (his baseline kit without hypercharge bliterally makes him the worst brawler in the game, that hyper carries him) and giving him the actual trait is genius! Although i think the silence is a bit too much, but still, great ideas overall! Also, a little bias (Lou main here): both buffs are good! but I would give him also these changes: Supercharge buff: -1 hit (buff/nerf reversion) Hypercharge rate nerf i dont remember the exact values, but since the super charge nerf he fell off HARD. (same for Maise cof cof)
Bonnie's main issue is how slow she is in Clyde's form. It's just not fun especially when you can just use her small form and become faster and deal more damage. I personally think she should be more viable as a sniper rather than her mini form. Her mini form is an assassination/escape mechanism only. What I would do is nerf her cannon health to 9000, but buff it's speed so that it moves at a normal speed like other snipers. The projectile speed buff, and super delay to jump back into clyde are both also quite necessary. It never made sense why she gets locked into her small form meanwhile we have moe that gets to transform into his driller and basically go back to rat form instantly with no delay. It's just unfair especially when her mini form isn't even like broken or anything, it's in fact very vulnerable.
@@FOFOTOM instead of extra HP, Frank should take less dmg while winding up super and get some super back if it gets cancelled, plus the dmg reduction during windup stacks with Hypercharge. (Maybe 10% Shield should be fine)
I think we can stop nerfing Darryl now, he already got the most useless Hypercharge and a super charge nerf which makes him never get it without dying or waiting in a bush.

Honestly Poco, Bo, Edgar, not need a buff. If you are a good Poco player like myself, you can easily cycle 2 Hypercharges per game. Also I feel like the healing is very generous still. For Bo, he does not need to have 2 supers because that would be way more obnoxious. Edgar does not need a buff, you just need to know when to play him in certain situations. All I feel like Edgar would need is the ability to store 2 Supers because the main problem with Edgar is that he can’t get away when he jumps on an enemy. Also Ash was already useable, he’s just a skilled brawler… For Janet, I feel like her super just needs to be reworked to work like Bull’s stomper gadget. To where if you are up in the air, you do still have a super that you can press again to land whenever. But you lose it when you touch the ground with it, to make my point more clear on the stomper gadget idea for her super. Also I do agree, her Vocal Warm Ups Star Power needs to be added into her base kit because it’s a bad star power anyways. (-.1 delay if equipped going from .8 -> .7) and instead I would just replace her second star power with being able to reload and heal, just like mico naturally can with his super. Anyhow with Lily, I do LOVE the idea for the second gadget rework but I still think it’s a little too OP which you wouldn’t really need to increase the supercharge rate. Also, Clancy is actually more of an A Tier brawler…he’s not broken. He can still be weak to a lot of enemies without his super, and nerfing his double tokens ability seems weird to me because during the duration of it, you don’t always hit your shots…Okay also, nerfing Clancy this much just seems like you are doing it out of Emotional Reasoning instead of factual reasoning. 27 tokens is WAY TOO LONG. If you actually consistently play Clancy, you know that one of his main weaknesses is not having his super AND being level 1 or 2 because of the low damage output…I honestly just don’t see why Clancy needs to be nerfed in the first place, like the damage from each shot of his super was nerfed already when Clancy was nerfed and his Super is mainly what makes him good.
So for Bo its not like Darrly where you get 2 supers you just can place more mine thats all. Edgar I mean I guess that could also work. Poco is not Horrible but his Hypercharge just doesn't feel nearly as impactfull as other support Hypercharges not to mention that he's kinda on the weaker side right now! 1: nerf to rico gadget cut damage down to 1/3, double lifespan, make it so the balls can rehit enemies like bibi bubble. if ricos in an enclosed space his gadget rips through people still, if hes not, it wont save him from assassins 2: buff draco speed they gave draco positionally based crits to reward skill, then they made it so he doesnt have the speed to actually position his crits himself so he just has to pray that enemies walk into it. garbo. to make up for the buff, remove the speed buff in super form, so hes always the same speed (a little faster than base but not as fast as current dragon), and make the crit have a smaller area to hit, since dragon is getting a speed nerf, buff damage to 180 per projectile
really awesome changes,i think that spike ,crow ,leon,PAM,Bea,GriffLola,Chuck,DOUG need a buff ,and shade a nerf ,about rico , I don't think that he is really broken and he needs a nerf ,i think that if we have other maps ,he will be just a good brawler ,but his gadget is broken yes,i love playing him with this gadget
I definitely agree draco deserves a buff because he is a mediocore tank right now but i also think tara needs a buff to her health or speed because shes pretty weak and fragile. I also want to see some starpowers get reworked like the terrible chester starpower or sams so they are at least more viable to actually use

Maybe i missed the point, but how would Edgar be more skilled? He'd be the same except he would have super recharge, damage and heal in his base kit, a star power that removes some counterplay plus same stats and playstyle. That would just make him stronger, not more skilled 13:00 i really like playing Lou. When you shoot up you can see one of the shots goes more to the left, out the reticle, so try to aim in between the lone cone to the left and the two shots to the right. Still it is hard to hit and it must get a buff 27:17 just because it's niche, it is still not reasonable to have a 4 second slow for her water attack. She isn't even that strong but Gris Gris doesn't DESERVE accuracy, mobility AND a ton of hp when Jessie's turret is blind and has to stay, when Mr. P's porters don't have any range and attack speed and when Lawrie refuses to be as consistent. All of the other spawners have one weakness that Gris Gris doesn't have 32:25 yes, not to mention it would make sense for that "shield" to absorb something and only heal you when it pops, right?
Edgar is a lost cause... I tried😆 I mean her slow its good yet it feels pretty weak in dmg terms gris gris is very strong and his "accuracy" comes from that slow honestly. As for kenji gadget it would have been better that way, but NO that wasn't my original idea😅.
I think you could add another nerf Angelo: HP reduced from 6000 to 5400 And healing SP reduced from 600 to 540 and his jump gadget should have a similar or identical range to Brock Jump gadget Trying to kill him with his healing very fast movement speed jump and high HP for being a sniper make him so annoying to kill and with this nerfs he should be more vurnerable

I think some brawlers don't need any nerfs or buffs, just a damn rework. Like moe, just remove knock back from his super and give it to his hyper Or draco that should alway do 2.8k dmg (or should have more range and less range required to do the crit) Clancy should have his damage from lv 1 and 2 back to 1.6k, but, the additional projectiles from lv 2 and 3 should do 50% less damage, his super range buff he gets from lv 2 should be 20% + more range and the tokens necessary for level 3 should be double. Darryl should have to charge the 2 supers instead of needing to just charge one to get 2 For me lily is balanced, but i would nerf her reload speed a bit, make the enemy's see where you are when you use the 1st gadget. Nerf/buff the super charge rate you get from both super and attack to 25% and increase the super charge you get from passive a lil bit I would buff mico hypercharge rate a lil bit too but i would make mico's reload speed go to the slowest to slow (almost normal) i would nerf the 1st star power to not steal ammo and just give you 50% ammo and nerf his dmg to 2k Eve is simple, just reverse some nerf she get in the past, like the range, damage and unload speed nerf (and buff her hp to 6.2k And there's some balance changes suggestions i have Buff angelo hypercharge rate to 2.5 supers And nerf his jump gadget range (I don't want to make angelo the generic sniper, i like the pressure he can make) Buff melodie basic attack damage to 1200 dmg (and nerf the notes damage to 1580) And make her notes spin a little fast while using the super (Just wanna make melodians happy) Give doug berry or tank trait. I agree with all changes you want cuz they are deserved but there are more balance changes i want 1. Mortis needs some nerfs to his 2nd sp and his hc 2. Tick should have 5200 health instead of 4400 3. Dynamike's 2nd gadget stun duration should be 1sec instead of 1.5sec his super damage should be reduced from 4400 to 4200 and his 2nd sp should give his super 1200 extra damage instead of 1600 4. Shade should charge and recharge his super 60% slower 5. Stu should get a pssive ability every 4th super can knockback enemies and with a mythic gear every 3rd super 6. Edgar's range can be increased by 33.3% but he should hit twice slower 7. Janet's reload speed should be increased from Slow to Fast 8. Kit should charge his super 33.3% slower and his 2nd gadget should heal less at least by 30% 9. Colt's reload speed should be reduced from fast/normal to slow 10. Every bounce of Rico's bullets loses 10% damage (maximum after 7 bounces 70%) 11. Doug's range should be 50% longer
most of these changes are unnecessary and here are the only ones that i agree, mortis nerf to his hypercharge but no nerf to his star power, i agree with his super damage and demolition nerf, i agree with the shade one, for stu it's completely unneccesary because stu is already good, he should stay as it is, the doug, rico, edgar and colt changes were terrible tho, and last but probably least, i think that the Janet buff is too little, yeah it is good but she definetly needs more to be good, the kit change just kills his second gadget but i do agree with the super one

My suggestions for balance changes - Juju- Nerf the gadget so that the invisibility is same as Leon's super Nerf the range when in a bush by 2 tiles Slight nerf to her unload speed OR Make her movement slower when on water Clancy - More tokens required for level 3. Nerf to gadget (+75% instead of 2x) (Idk how to nerf his super but it requires some nerf) Gus - Make the projectile thinner as well as slightly reduce its speed. Nerf the damage of the kooky popper gadget OR make it have a timer like Bo's gadget or Griff's gadget. (It can damage through walls as a way to balance it) Surge - HP nerf of 400 Damage nerf by 200 (He is too strong rn but I can't think of a proper nerf to any stat as he is a fundamentally good brawler) Bull - Slight HP increase Buff the speed of the super as well as attacks' projectile speed Change the attack pattern ( what I mean is the spread of the attack to be similar to Pearl) Buff his HC rate Tick - Buff/adjust the mythic gear (I don't think the mythic gear was changed when all the hp and damage was changed) Increase the spread of mines after the HC tick head explodes (just make the size of the circle of mines a bit larger) Kenji - Change the gadget to heal the damage which he might take in the next 3 seconds. Fix the bug where he can move while using rhe super Super danage nerf Both slash and dash attacks will do the same damage (1800) Moe - No knockback and no damage when using the super. Nerf to movement speed when in the other form Less ammo while in the other form. No instant super to change forms. Frank - HP nerf by 1k Nerf HC rate Nerf the star power Byron - Change the amount of hits for super to 10 Nerf his range by half a tile. I think that a brawler needs a balance between pro-players level and casual becouse if u buff a brawler that isn't meta but is used a lot u create an inbalance and most people will hate it (all no skill brawler aren't meta and should be like this)

Amber Is meta and she still hasn't have an hypercharge and other simple brawler like Frank and Clancy are meta so there are actually low-skill brawler in meta
Also I personally think that frustrating brawler in meta are worse than low skill brawler meta brawler like Angelo and Piper are really annoying to face against even if they require the skill to aim the shots and when they are meta they have more annoying part of their kit than a simple brawler like Jacky or Rosa

Right, like yes edgar sucks and is barely played by pros, but he's everywhere in ladder and casuals love playing him even in ranked, buff him and he becomes even more toxic. Bo is one that is mediocre only because there are currently better options but buffing him would make him too good and I don't think that's a good thing because he is far too common imo.
Everytime I watch balance change suggestions, I get reminded that my days with an overpowered main are drawing to a close sooner or later. At least they aren‘t nerfing Frank into the ground immediately, but taking it slowly. he deserves all the time in the spotlight he can get after the neglect he had to suffer through. I just hope they continue to be careful with him, as to not drop him down to F-Tier once more.

My opinions regarding the video:
Shelly - Imo Shelly is not exactly in need of a buff, though buffing her hypercharge is not a bad buff and would help her remain consustent in the meta. Good buff.
Bull - Great buff overall, 10800 hp + higher hc charge rate are needed buffs for Bull, since when Doug and Hank are inevitably reworked, he will be the worst tank in the game. There needs to be a reason to use him instead of Darryl, and a better hc utility + more tankiness can be that reason.
Primo - The hc charge buff is good, but I feel like Primo hc needs a complete rework instead. As you said, the hc sucks, but buffing the radius would just make it more annoying yet still bad.
Poco - Poco hyper's shield can last for 10 seconds, though I feel like Poco does not really need a stronger yet harder to get hc atm. He is already synergizing fine with the meta brawlers. The buff idea is not bad though.
Bo - Bo already has good dps and range. Why do we want to have 2 supers on the map anyway? I feel like instead of that, he just needs a hypercharge. This is the only thing he lacks. His hc can drop 6 bombs, instead of doubling his super we can have a super doubling hc.
Edgar: I feel like Edgar needs to have more lifesteal to survive just as you said. The sp switch seems okay.
Bonnie - I think Bonnie's problem is his lack of survivability in the human form and slow projectiles in the cannon form. Clyde's projectile speed getting buffed is a step at the right direction, though I feel like Bonnie needs a shield of 30% or so for 4-5 seconds after super to survive for a while and defeat the enemies.
Super delay is a good buff too. HP buff for Clyde is unneccesary, that can be switched with the super buff.
Hank - He needs tank trait and a higher SCR (28% -> 34% per max hit). I have been making posts on reddit about this for decades as a Hank main, and you having the same opinion as me about this makes me happy.
However, he needs a tad more rn imo: Both of his sps are trash. The speed SP used to be broken since it made Hank's speed 864, but since its nerf, the 792 speed is literally below 820 and does not help Hank chase anyone whatsoever. I think Hank is no different than brawlers like Bibi in terms of speed requirement, so his speed SP should be buffed to this: The more Hank inflates his bubble, the higher his speed gets. This can allow him to acquire higher speed, from 720 to 820 (max).
Finally, just make his bubble explode upon death/knockback, and reduce his hp from 11200 -> 10800 for compensation.
I am a Hank main so this might be too much, but I just feel like Hank needs these changes to be B tier.
Ash - Ugh. The buff you suggested in the last video was really good, but this one just feels like overkill. Having very fast + consistently in rage 3 is kinda crazy. Ash's speed buff can be 770 at Rage 1, 845 at Rage 2, and 920 at Rage 3 imo.
I will add the other brawlers tomorrow.

@@FOFOTOM Oh, yeah mb. I thought the very fast speed was 920 for a second in BS; my mind stopped functioning there, lol. It should be 770 (Fast) in Rage 1, 800 in Rage 2, and 860 in Rage 3. So: Fast, Fast +, and Very Fast but with slightly less buff. Imo Clancy's speed (890) would be broken for him since he is tankier than Clancy.
Again, I really appreciate your balance change ideas. I think they are really good, hence I enjoy commenting about them.

I LOVE all these ideas, except: Edgar's, adding damage to his super makes it more similar to El Primo's and I'm not sure about adding silence not only to an Epic brawler but the one new players get for free for login in, Fang's, I don't think you need to change the hc super effect you could just nerf the damage, Eve's, the hp decay makes her unique you could just buff the duration or the hp, Frank's, I think it's good that Power Grab's better than boring Sponge you could nerf anything else about him instead, Juju's, nerfing the range on bush attacks makes them more similar to each other you could nerf it's damage even more instead to make the attacks more different and Kenji's, walking after the super has a lot of skill expression and removing that you take that skill out of it and that gadget rework should just be a different gadget

I think for Draco the uppercut gadget should be buffed, maybe like 50% bonus damage as it’s very bad in comparison with last stand.
Like Surge's tp was removed, this should be removed. Give him a range a little bigger than Cordelius, make his attack a bit less wide so the mechanic of having a tipper actually makes sense, and get rid of last stand. Maybe make second sp baseline with some nerfs and make the heal instant if the rest of my idea makes him too weak

They release the new brawlers broken on purpose but they can't simply make them normal next update and instead just nerf a tiny bit of super recharge
I agree, if we look at recent characters, kenshi, moe, Larry, juju, and a few others are still absolutely insane, meanwhile cool, unique characters just get no love in order to at least be a decent pick, instead of entirely being out shined

Sorry, but Brawl Stars loves Rico. That’s why he hasn’t been Nerfed yet. I think it’s clear to me that he’s the favorite child at this point if everyone is complaining about him being broken and yet they still haven’t done anything to fix him. I’m a little biased too because I main Rico but even I can tell he needs a Nerf yet somehow they haven’t done it yet and I have a feeling if this continues he’s gonna become the best brawler in the game because of power creep and the other brawlers that are top-tier are getting Nerfed Rico just might find his way to the top eventually, but that could just be me being biased again

The Edgar Buff "Lifesteal Trait" was pretty confusing, to be honest.
Plus, adding a short-time Silence would make him a little unbalanced, since 0,5 seconds is time enough for Edgar to smash you when using a Glass Cannon, or thrower.

The lifesteal is probably that Kenji has it in his profile while Edgar doesn't. But as the first sp would be baseline the super would also lifesteal. But i agree the intention of making him more skilled was completely missed because all that would do is remove counterplay, make the second sp useless and the rest would be the same, camp and jump on the matchups you can win
It would basically change a few key interactions. Notably, it would mean that Edgar could heal off of objects such as spawnables, pets, the heist safe, or anything else that isn't a brawler.
He would also get healing from his super.

My suggestions for balance changes for other brawlers:
Mortis - dmg buff and nerf to hyper bc base brawler sucks but hyper is op.
Amber - nerf gadget dmg.
Bea - buff to small attack, 1600 dmg is nothing.
Gus - starpower nerf, 25% to 20% dmg increase.
Dyna - stun reduced from 1.5 to 1 sec, dyna is balanced but gadget feels too toxic.
Pam - dmg buff 520 to 550 from one bullet and hypercharge.
Emz - hyper charge rate increased
NEVER buff Mortis like that

I think the point of shelly's hypercharge effect was to bring back her ability to chain supers with just one ammo, so it's not necessarily terrible in some situations, but I do think the charge rate increase would be fair
its so annoying that supercell probably won't give a buff to a brawler like Edgar or Bo because they are op for new players and they won't nerf Gus and Byron even though they are too good bc they are fine to them

Bonnie's main issue is how slow she is in Clyde's form. It's just not fun especially when you can just use her small form and become faster and deal more damage. I personally think she should be more viable as a sniper rather than her mini form. Her mini form is an assassination/escape mechanism only.
What I would do is nerf her cannon health to 9000, but buff it's speed so that it moves at a normal speed like other snipers. The projectile speed buff, and super delay to jump back into clyde are both also quite necessary. It never made sense why she gets locked into her small form meanwhile we have moe that gets to transform into his driller and basically go back to rat form instantly with no delay. It's just unfair especially when her mini form isn't even like broken or anything, it's in fact very vulnerable.
The speed buffs on Ash sound overkill

I think we can stop nerfing Darryl now, he already got the most useless Hypercharge and a super charge nerf which makes him never get it without dying or waiting in a bush.

Shelly would use a small rework to her super, fist off adjust the super dmg from 640x9 to 540x10, but now has a 2x DMG bonus to Assassins.

Edgar does not need a buff, you just need to know when to play him in certain situations. All I feel like Edgar would need is the ability to store 2 Supers because the main problem with Edgar is that he can’t get away when he jumps on an enemy.
Also Ash was already useable, he’s just a skilled brawler…
For Janet, I feel like her super just needs to be reworked to work like Bull’s stomper gadget. To where if you are up in the air, you do still have a super that you can press again to land whenever. But you lose it when you touch the ground with it, to make my point more clear on the stomper gadget idea for her super. Also I do agree, her Vocal Warm Ups Star Power needs to be added into her base kit because it’s a bad star power anyways. (-.1 delay if equipped going from .8 -> .7) and instead I would just replace her second star power with being able to reload and heal, just like mico naturally can with his super.
Anyhow with Lily, I do LOVE the idea for the second gadget rework but I still think it’s a little too OP which you wouldn’t really need to increase the supercharge rate.
Also, Clancy is actually more of an A Tier brawler…he’s not broken.
He can still be weak to a lot of enemies without his super, and nerfing his double tokens ability seems weird to me because during the duration of it, you don’t always hit your shots…Okay also, nerfing Clancy this much just seems like you are doing it out of Emotional Reasoning instead of factual reasoning. 27 tokens is WAY TOO LONG. If you actually consistently play Clancy, you know that one of his main weaknesses is not having his super AND being level 1 or 2 because of the low damage output…I honestly just don’t see why Clancy needs to be nerfed in the first place, like the damage from each shot of his super was nerfed already when Clancy was nerfed and his Super is mainly what makes him good.
So for Bo its not like Darrly where you get 2 supers you just can place more mine thats all. Edgar I mean I guess that could also work. Poco is not Horrible but his Hypercharge just doesn't feel nearly as impactfull as other support Hypercharges not to mention that he's kinda on the weaker side right now! Janet It would be cool to see that into the game! Clancy at Level2 its an alright brawler and its VERY EASY to just go to Lv3 once you've reached Lv2 Even in Legandary this happens, maybe I'm overkilling him with th super unload speed nerf but he still needs some good nerfs!

cut damage down to 1/3, double lifespan, make it so the balls can rehit enemies like bibi bubble. if ricos in an enclosed space his gadget rips through people still, if hes not, it wont save him from assassins
2: buff draco speed
they gave draco positionally based crits to reward skill, then they made it so he doesnt have the speed to actually position his crits himself so he just has to pray that enemies walk into it. garbo. to make up for the buff, remove the speed buff in super form, so hes always the same speed (a little faster than base but not as fast as current dragon), and make the crit have a smaller area to hit, since dragon is getting a speed nerf, buff damage to 180 per projectile
Would be interesting to see would just add a bit of shield to the dragon just to make it more helpfull a bit (15% -> 20%)

Maybe i missed the point, but how would Edgar be more skilled? He'd be the same except he would have super recharge, damage and heal in his base kit, a star power that removes some counterplay plus same stats and playstyle. That would just make him stronger, not more skilled
13:00 i really like playing Lou. When you shoot up you can see one of the shots goes more to the left, out the reticle, so try to aim in between the lone cone to the left and the two shots to the right. Still it is hard to hit and it must get a buff
27:17 just because it's niche, it is still not reasonable to have a 4 second slow for her water attack. She isn't even that strong but Gris Gris doesn't DESERVE accuracy, mobility AND a ton of hp when Jessie's turret is blind and has to stay, when Mr. P's porters don't have any range and attack speed and when Lawrie refuses to be as consistent. All of the other spawners have one weakness that Gris Gris doesn't have

Darryl should have to charge the 2 supers instead of needing to just charge one to get 2
For me lily is balanced, but i would nerf her reload speed a bit, make the enemy's see where you are when you use the 1st gadget. Nerf/buff the super charge rate you get from both super and attack to 25% and increase the super charge you get from passive a lil bit
I would buff mico hypercharge rate a lil bit too but i would make mico's reload speed go to the slowest to slow (almost normal) i would nerf the 1st star power to not steal ammo and just give you 50% ammo and nerf his dmg to 2k
Eve is simple, just reverse some nerf she get in the past, like the range, damage and unload speed nerf (and buff her hp to 6.2k

2. Tick should have 5200 health instead of 4400
3. Dynamike's 2nd gadget stun duration should be 1sec instead of 1.5sec his super damage should be reduced from 4400 to 4200 and his 2nd sp should give his super 1200 extra damage instead of 1600
4. Shade should charge and recharge his super 60% slower
5. Stu should get a pssive ability every 4th super can knockback enemies and with a mythic gear every 3rd super
6. Edgar's range can be increased by 33.3% but he should hit twice slower
7. Janet's reload speed should be increased from Slow to Fast
8. Kit should charge his super 33.3% slower and his 2nd gadget should heal less at least by 30%
9. Colt's reload speed should be reduced from fast/normal to slow
10. Every bounce of Rico's bullets loses 10% damage (maximum after 7 bounces 70%)
11. Doug's range should be 50% longer
most of these changes are unnecessary and here are the only ones that i agree, mortis nerf to his hypercharge but no nerf to his star power, i agree with his super damage and demolition nerf, i agree with the shade one, for stu it's completely unneccesary because stu is already good, he should stay as it is, the doug, rico, edgar and colt changes were terrible tho, and last but probably least, i think that the Janet buff is too little, yeah it is good but she definetly needs more to be good, the kit change just kills his second gadget but i do agree with the super one

Juju-
Nerf the gadget so that the invisibility is same as Leon's super
Nerf the range when in a bush by 2 tiles
Slight nerf to her unload speed OR
Make her movement slower when on water
Clancy -
More tokens required for level 3.
Nerf to gadget (+75% instead of 2x)
(Idk how to nerf his super but it requires some nerf)
Gus -
Make the projectile thinner as well as slightly reduce its speed.
Nerf the damage of the kooky popper gadget OR make it have a timer like Bo's gadget or Griff's gadget. (It can damage through walls as a way to balance it)
Surge -
HP nerf of 400
Damage nerf by 200
(He is too strong rn but I can't think of a proper nerf to any stat as he is a fundamentally good brawler)
Bull -
Slight HP increase
Buff the speed of the super as well as attacks' projectile speed
Change the attack pattern ( what I mean is the spread of the attack to be similar to Pearl)
Buff his HC rate

Buff/adjust the mythic gear
(I don't think the mythic gear was changed when all the hp and damage was changed)
Increase the spread of mines after the HC tick head explodes (just make the size of the circle of mines a bit larger)
