  • First day using the Moerman Excelerator 2.0 as it is on January 21st 2021. Learning the fanning method still but I just wanted to try out the different degrees today. This would be using it straight out of the box no add on.
    Want to buy it?

    Also, here is what I recommend starting with if you are just starting to do traditional window cleaning! windowcleaner.com/joshuathewi...

    Thanks for doing that video. Clever idea to put the gopro on the handle but OMG I had to close my eyes when you were doing the squeegee back & forth.

      😂 I understand lol I wasn’t trying to be quick just playing with the different angles.

    The more you use these tools the more you wont need any other tool in your arsenal. Becoming 2-3 times quicker than the average window cleaner takes practice but very achievable in a short amount of time. I named it new trad window cleaning. It's next level

    Have a question do you charge by how many windows or by square feet ,and also if is the same price for a two story and a 1 story, appreciate some advice.

    • @JoshuaTheWindowCleaner
      @JoshuaTheWindowCleaner  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I price per window and yes same for any floor. I would never charge by square foot because you will run into sun rooms and glass walls.

    Would you go for the 10inch or 14 inch for domestic ? I wanted a 12 but it doesn't come in 12.

    Makin' a lot of work for himself using the wave style. Windows that high I always use pulldowns.

      I only made this video playing around with this tool I too like to use pull downs! I use a Sorbo 36 inch quick silver for these windows but decided to play with a new tool on this day. Just a regular maintenance job I do every two weeks

    In my case, Ettore = smooth, beautiful results. Liquidator = streaks, lines, marks, missed water everywhere. You gave me a clue that the rubber could be the reason. So why does Moerman ship its product with such bad rubber? Far from 2-3 times quicker, it's 2-3 times slower because it has to be redone with a good-performing channel.

    What is the black pole you are using?

    • @JoshuaTheWindowCleaner
      @JoshuaTheWindowCleaner  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is a moerman pole that I don’t recommend. I was trying it out but after a couple months turned out not to be a good pole.

      This is how it comes when you order the excelerator 2.0. I'm not sure, when I got the 1.0 it came with the liquidator 2.0 as well so maybe the same.

    Put a little bit of soap straight onto the pad and it will glide better for you.

      @@JoshuaTheWindowCleaner I think it's actually meant to be interchangeable. but, i guess it holsters better one way than the other I was gunna get the boab my moerman but the only way to actually holster it is to unclip one side so if you wanted to carry a few at a time isntead of going back to a bucket youd actually end up having to fiddle with the clips multiple times so i never bought one.

      I lost my job like 2 weeks after I bought the unger optilock poles. I was going to get the new pulex handle for it. But, I guess they worked way to well and my boss at fish thought I was skipping windows or something. I had a technique going where I could do a door in one wipe by doing the entire thing with the pole. starting at the bottom and doing like a lowercase n. with both the mop and squeegee. people started catching on it looked really technical. lol. took like 6 seconds. But, it wasnt the classic fish stuff. So, he started really coming down on me without saying and before I knew it I lost that job. But, now I'm way better at cleaning windows! lol.
