Finally a video from one of my fav GachaTubers that relates to my fear every time I go to the board.. I literally start panicking infront of the class and it has some bad results.. At least I have my friends to help me out :]
I dont have scopophobia but ever since i joined horror fandoms online i felt like there was someone watching me at all times. I can see how you feel about that. I have some friends who are afraid of being the center of attention and always hides themselves in the crowd
I get the same feeling, my strategy is I just close my eyes and think about things that make me happy, maybe start humming a melody/song and remind yourself nobody/nothing is watching you, try it.. it helps.

Sorry angel. I completely understand, don’t you worry, that’s ok to be happening. It happens to a lot of us. You’re not alone, and you’re not the problem. The people that were watching you that moment, weren’t thinking or anything bad about you trust me, I just know that it feels like that even if they’re not, I feel the same way and you should know that these are just moments that take a few seconds and then are over. Don’t you worry sweetie, just try to focus on what you’re doing and know that you’re literally a beautiful diamond, a loving, caring and breathtakingly beautiful person. People don’t think bad things of you when watching you and Ik it’s very hard to focus when they do, but know that it is normal for them to be looking at you and giving you this average attention and it is also normal to feel like that. You’re not alone our dear, we’re here for you and I’m reminding you to do things that make you feel good and calm u dow, we want our queen to be happy❤️

This is also one of my biggest fears, that whatever you do or say or possibly think, it has to be just right, otherwise, if it's considered wrong in the eyes in your presence, they laugh, make fun of, or humiliate you for it, and the worse thing is, you don't know when it'll stop or start...

During my graduation, each student had to go on stage to recieve their certificate and when it was my turn, I was on the verge of fainting on the stage because there were not only other students from the grade (which is around 100 students), there were also the parents. Somehow I didn’t faint and I’m thankful.

As a person with Scopophobia and a Muslim.. I can relate. I want to explain my story of how I got Scopophobia. So I was 4 or 5 back then, I had this acting competition and that time it already finished and supposedly at the end I had to say a whole essay of thank you but suddenly forgot cause everyone's gaze was locked on me and they made these weird faces so I cried.. Then the host said "Uhm, okay. Let's not worry, your team can go now. Next is (team name)!" When I got at the backstage, my teammates (friends) and teachers were really disappointed but they didn't scold me so I cried for being stupid... Until now, I still carry the burden that I have to endure... Thank you for reading my story or me venting 😞
oof.. i have scopophobia and it definitely started in 4th when my horrible teachers would ALLWAYS put me on the spot, use me as a BAD example, and worst of all would lecture me in the middle of a lesson, for no reason!! Now, i can't even go up to the board without shaking, tugging on my clothes, and an endless spiral of thoughts of there watching me.. I think everyone notices to because they give me an odd look when i race back to my desk. Anxiety levels: through the roof.
I had presentation and when I was called I told my self I was ready I will be confident but when it was time for me to speak I forgot everything and everyone was looking at me I felt so idk how to explain the feeling I almost cried- 💗

I have this fear and when I am told to pray for my class I refuse at all cost. It isn’t because I hate praying for the Lord no. It’s because of anxiety that I might get something wrong or be judged💔
My story : the teacher choose me and the best girl in my class to solve this question. The girl solved it on second. While i was standing there doing nothing. While i felt like everyone is watching me. When i went back to my chair i started crying in the middle of the class . Just for this reason 💀

I can rlly relate to this, we were revising line graphs, and there was a super simple question on the board, and we were told to work it out in our heads, and I did (please remember this was a year 6 skill question, so it was very easy) and the teacher called my name and I stood up, violently shaking and I walked to the board , I grabbed the teachers pen and tried starring to explain the question (as I was told to) but then I had to count to nine for the explanation and I literally couldn't, I went silent, and then THE TEACHER HAD TO HELP ME COUNT TO NINE. 💀 To this day that teacher scares me ;-;
The fear is called Scopophobia. (Fear of being watched/stared on) i still have that fear. I talked with my parents and teachers about it, but they just say "oh its normal don't worry" Like no, i literally have Scopophobia i dobt like being stared on by other people/students
