Hello, Had an issue with pairing. In short, my router (fritzbx) does not have 80211b (the b part is key) turned on by default. Once I turned it one, voila! It worked.

I have several SONOFF 4CH PRO R3s and the first one was BAM connected no problem. All the others Had to be done with either bluetooth or the alternate way by initiating its own wifi then it jump on the network.

The sensor does not work. I bought two. Alkaline and new batteries. Not even close to the wifi router works properly. I updated the firmware and nothing worked properly. It only updates the status when you press the micro touch button. I just wanted to turn on the lamp in my garage. Just like their propaganda shows. Don't buy it. Money thrown away! PS: Only works on 802.11 b standard. Does not work with g / n / a / ac.

I bought one ...It seems to work but my phone doesn't always get notifications when it's locked ...but when i unlock the phone it immediately gives notification.
I'm guessing it could by my phone because even with Gmail it's often late notifiying me with new email ... and again when i unlock the phone I get notifications.

I confirm. WiFi in this device is unreliable. My 3 DW2 devices are almost always offline. I manage to make them online when put close to the router antenna (like 1 meter). Once I attach it to doors (which are not far from router - 3 meters, behind a wall) or windows (2 meters, through gypsum cardboard) , it quickly loses connection and never gets it back. Going to throw it to the trash. Better get DW1 (433Mhz) if you want it reliable.
