I've got all kinds of fun planned for my GREEN MACHINE!! In this video I change out the thermal pads, thermal paste, add copper heatsinks, and last but not least I install a Special Edition Meter Box Shroud kit!

GGN ❤ Awesome quick howto sand review, man I can’t wait for the side by side video, i have my other KS0 Pros with just an high CFM fan on the front no other mod OC to 260-280 with no much issue, but yeah good to see stock numbers with just the shroud kit and external high CFM fans.

Looks anodized. If so, anodization adds a thin layer of insulation which reduces the heat transfer. I would recommend running some sandpaper lightly to remove the surface layer where the heatsink contacts the board before applying paste and pads.
Good idea! The black KS0 Pro's have paint too though, but that is a good idea to maximize heat transfer where it coutns... I wish I would have thought of that before I reassembled the whole thing lol!
I Also did the same to my Pros changed the Thermal paste and thermal pads and added copper heat sinks.
That's the way to do it :] Otherwise you won't be able to get the max out of it safely
I still love your intro, really cracks me up, dont stop😂😂. That KS0 Pro looks beautiful, im tempted to get it just because of the colour😂. By the way, you dont have to wait 24hrs for the glue to cure, I had several of mine up and running after 1hr of glueing

Great vid. Thanks. How about a video that shows how to setup, manage and configure two KS0 Pros for us newbies. IP address, assignment if necessary, monitoring software for multiple miners etc.
It's not advisable to set up monitoring software on these for the most part because a lot of monitoring software glitches aicerivers out. Memory cache gets full etc. It's very easy to set up. I have several set up videos already on the KS0 Pro etc.

Is it only the colour that changed, is there hadhrate improvement.
It's just the color that changed and some Commemorative badging etc. Otherwise it functions just like a KS0 Pro :] I just think they're cool lol

My ks0 Pro just came in and was surprised that it was actually the Special Edition one. But unit wont turn on. The PSU came with a foreign plug, but I tried 3 other c13 plugs and none of them turned the unit on. Any advice for a noob?
I would recommend using the power supply that I posted in the link of the description of the video if you plan to overclock.
What is the functionality of the USB port and SD card input on the KS0?
The only thing I've used the usb port for was to power low-powered USB fans when my kS0 wasn't overclocked. Sd card slot can be used to load up factory firmware if needed
Sweet vid! thx i just got mine too! But all that work, and you did not share the board temps. I am at 46'C / 33'C (amb 23) (not over clocked) with just a fan on top..... what do you get with that set up?
Intake was around 30c exhaust was mid 50's IIRC. You should be able to see it in the top right field where I was talking about the power stages

Hey, I have 4 KS0 classic, in your opinion, is it still worthed to buy another KS0 Pro? I have target to buy 6 more, but not at once. I mean, mined it and wait the pump, then sell, when enough money then buy the KS0 Pro and keep compounding.
It's tough to say if that method will work out. Not financial advice but it might be better to hold onto the coins rather than sell them. The hashrate keeps going up and the yield drops consistently etc

I included an alternative in the description of this video that says it's in stock on Amazon. I actually ordered some of these myself. Unless those sold out all the sudden too lol

I wish I would have ordered it right away but it looks like they sold out fast. I want to see what Iceriver releases first before I buy the KA box

@@NizmoMiner I'm going to use PBfarmers. I like that part of his dev fee goes back to the Kaspa Dev team and I like that you can tweak your own overclocks based on your machine and mods etc. Also chip temps and tons of great data all in one spot on PBfarmers firmware

whats the profit after overclocking?
Stock KS0 Pro is yielding about 10 Kaspa per day. Overclocked to this extent getting about 17 Kaspa per day
