  • We bought a Campal Split. A pod that slides into the boot of our car to covert it into a (small) camper van.
We unpacked it in the last video but it was a little late into the evening so we didn't have a chance to explore it.
You can follow along as I have a proper look at the thing and work out how is all fits together.

Hello Rob, I have checked out all the boot jump boxes on the market and this is the one that I had chosen. But you are the first person abd only person though to show everything about this version Campal Split, right from what the delivery pallette looks like aswell as installing it all in your car. Thankyou so much for taking the time out to thoroughly demonstrate it without missing anything out! I have just bought (but not yet received) my 2 year old beautiful 5 place Peugeot Rifter ❤❤ and I too wanted a unit that would allow me to choose to use either or the single or double bed option but by having it all in one 'kit'. I do like the black honeycomb finish on yours, very classy! The reason that it was so interesting for me with your first video, the delivery, is that not everyone lives in a house! I live in an apartment which means that my delivery would have to take place in our shared carpark for this pallette to be delivered to. It risks blocking the other users! I don't live in the UK anymore so it's not as if I can drive down to their workshops in Kent to pick it up directly! Still won't stop me from ordering one though!
Thankyou once again and happy microcamping wither yout Rifter and camp boot jump unit! I've subscribed to your channel in the hope that you'll be posting more videos with this boot jump in action!

Thanks quantumquattro, of interest to you, given you live in an apartment - I'm not sure if showed on the video - but both the right and left "boxes" have screw nuts on them so they can both be separated from the base plate. This should make it much easier for you to move it all into your apartment if needed (it's heavy when it is in one piece). They are still heavy but more manageable.
It's certainly my intention to create some more videos around this as soon as I can.
      Thanks again.
