I’ve been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
I will advice you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.
If you can, then get a professional to trade for you I think that way your assets are more secure.
I’d recommend viola patterson, her profit is great even when there’s a dip

Nice video! 2020 was a rough year for me as I lost my job as a college teacher due to the lockdown. Bali's land are leased to foreigners for 30 yrs.. of cos you can extend another 30 yrs without guarantee.
Secondly, one gotta consider how to take money out. Essentially, money goes in ... Difficult to come out. Gotta set up a company etc.. means corporate tax.
Thirdly, Airbnb are highly competitive in Bali. Gotta know your own competitive strategy .. means more capital for some interesting concept.
So.. buyers beware!

I lived and worked in Indonesia for more than 20 years and never bought a single property there. Ownership of properties by foreigners is something you really need to look at from the legal point of view. I would strongly advise against investing in that market
Easy Come, then can afford Easy Go, like the china and russia rich. How they got their wealth, we wont know. They can also run auto Laundromats
Yes fully agree. Foreigners don't have the same treatment as locals. Look at the Johor debarcle. Same same... don't get caught guys! The rules in Indo change very quickly and if you're not Indonesian, the rules don't favour you. The structure is not as simple and straight forward as SG, its very complex and involves underhanded and unspoken Rp.. You guys need to get a reputable international lawyer, not a real estate agent tyring to sell you the property... don't get caught guys! Please be extremely super careful. Big warning.

Indonesia has a property-law in which foreigners only have the "Right to Use" of property for max 30 years....foreigners do not own the properties.. (almost all ASEAN countries have similar law).

@@ron2040 I have a property in SG. I am referring to investing in overseas property. SG property is my hub where I transit to different locations across Asia every 3 months. I can be in Cebu next month, Penang following month, Tokyo thereafter etc. short stay of 2 weeks is good for me. I surf in Bali every year during the summer months for one month and that is where I stay the longest but buying a property because of the hype in Bali, Nah…. I am here to enjoy life from the dividends and trades I made from the market and not to be tied down to more hard assets.

@@ron2040 actually I only trade one stock only for the last 10 years : DBS as I got no time to look at anything else and I need to invest in a stock that I can sleep at night . So I have crafted my trading method just for DBS. So a combination of dividends and capital appreciation has given me very good returns and I always put my bonus into this stock too. I am 6 years away from retirement so I have been doing activities that I want to pursue when I retire eg. Surfing , wakeboarding , jujitsu , gym works , running , snow boarding to prepare for a digital nomad life after I retire .so I have been doing the above and once I retire in 6 years’ time, I will be living fully on my dividends and trading profits and traveling around the region every quarter staying in Airbnb for 2 weeks or more. But Singapore will always be my base where I connect back to reality and family and then move in again. If this is the life you like in future, work on your investment plan and start doing those things you like to pursue now so that you can carry on the momentum when you retire and not start from ground zero

@@joellim7010 The villa management people that build his website had done nothing to drive traffic to his website or be promote it. and listings on all those travel sites is not getting much booking. Imagine the number of villas competing where money flood in to buy. Winner is the land owner. With bookings or not, you are still burning money from villa management.

I recently inherited almost $500k. I REALLY need to make this money work for me, and not just disappear over time. I've been scrambling for somewhere to put the money, where I can make an effort to use the gains to pay bills so I can quit my job . All roads have pointed to the financial market of some sort which is a good idea buh where else should I put money besides the financial market? We have a 13% RPI rate so cash is tough.
Yep great question and that’s always the one - where would you rather be if you have an option. Personally I’m always invested aside from a small emergency fund. Financial-market for me seem the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued almost $1.4m in gains since 2020 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe! . Just know the risk you're comfortable with . Mistake is expensive
very informative, one option I suppose is, if you were to invest a set amount buy the whole share in a ETF and the remainder could go into a index for which would allow you to purchase the fractional shares, is that an option?
