two questions: how to add new user in family. app is downloaded but you cant add device because its "busy". where can order two ID cards?

Tja ABB scheint hier nicht ganz offen mit den Kunden umzugehen, steht nirgendwo, auch nicht in der Anleitung, die ich vor dem Kauf studiert habe. Die Charger Sync App vom Handy kann derzeit nur mit Bluetooth verbunden werden. Will man einen Zugriff auf die Wallbox über WLAN, LAN oder 4G nutzen, muss das Charger Sync Webportal genutzt werden über den Browser. Wichtig: Charger Sync App und Charger Sync Webportal sind separate Accounts und der Charger kann nur bei einem hinzugefügt werden.

O meu veio sem o PIN. Não o encontrei na embalagem. Como faço pra recuperar?

Do you speak English? I am assuming you lost your PIN-code. It should be in the manual with the newer models, The old models had a seperate tag in the bag with screws and plugs. If you lost this, then turn to your dealer or ABB itself to retrieve a pincode. Make sure you take a picture of the sticker like seen at the 16th second so they have all the info they need (they might ask for more).
