I was alloted snmc agra in 1st round in up counselling. They didn't ask for upgradation during reporting. Now if i want to upgrade, can i directly fill choices for round 2? And also if i got alloted a college in 2nd round, do i have to visit agra again for collecting documents and cancelling allotment from agra.. Please help if you have any info. Thanks in advance.
