It's nice to hear bro 😊, remember that Sierra leone 🇸🇱 is your home my dear, you're welcome there at any time alright. If you want to know more about Sierra leone I am here to tell you alright. I am living in the UK 🇬🇧.
Thank you for your videos they are great I am looking forward to being in Sierra Leone this New year what a beautiful country really so much potential it's mind blowing🥰💙🤍💚
I have wondered how Sierra Leone got it's name and now I know 🙂. The recounting of the tax rebel who ended up being taken to Kumasi is interesting. A lot of information! Thank you for taking us.
Im from Sierra leone 🇸🇱. One of the main causes of the war in Sierra leone 🇸🇱 early 90s. It is because there was one party system of government in power from the 60s to the 80s all most 30 years in power. During that time Sierra leone 🇸🇱 was going backwards not forward. Plus our diamonds 💎 and other things.
The temne tribes where the main course of war in Sierra leone 🇸🇱 in the 90s, and are still the main problems in Sierra leone 🇸🇱 today the temnes tribes and the limbas from the northern part of Sierra leone 🇸🇱.
Mr museum guide point of correction the temne is the largest ethnic group in Sierra leone, which comprises of 35% plus of the population of sierra leone. The mende is the second largest ethnic group with 30% plus of the population. So please stop misinforming strangers with your slpp propaganda twwwwww. Secondly the temnes never betrayed Baibureh, they followed his command and fought shoulders to shoulders while the other tribes sided with the British who were the super power at the time. The temne population wasn't even up to 500,000 at that time, but yet still they fought anyway for their right(for the whole sierra leone). The temnes fought the British for a year, and when they had enough they ended the war... Nothing like betrayal happened from the temnes side. The temnes fought hard, some died, some loose properties and when they realised that the war was unwinnable they talked to their leader (Baibureh) to end the war and that'how he became captive. So the real betrayal here is the coward tribes and leaders who failed to fought for their right and sovereignty... You guys should stop this nonsense stereotype about Baibureh and his people... Baibureh is a hero, he first introduced gorillas warfare and their fight emboldened many other countries/places to fought for their independent too. So let's learn to appreciate other people's sacrifices.
