Design looks good...I'm was addressing my personal need to live where there is alive energy...Been in an out of MX for 40years...The country oozes great energy with is long history and deep culture.
Loved the wide open layout of the main living space! So many of the condos I've seen (from looking at renderings & floor plans online) are more long & narrow, perhaps to maximize numbers of units with a view. This one felt so open :) I do like seeing your recap of the neighborhood before getting to a specific development, thank you!
Yes I get that. However, if your making videos about purchasing condominiums you should present these facts. I have a lot of experience in Vallarta and the fees are getting ridiculous. @@ElenaNevza
Paradise Village has good restaurant, don't remember the name. Its the first restaurant on the right of the spiral stairs. That was our go to while dealing with immigration for residency.
I love this area. We stayed at Flamingos a few years ago and the bonus was the ability to walk to Bucerias in 15/20 minutes. Can you walk to Bucerias from these units?
Hola, walk through the area in June, INM Nayarit office is located in the neighborhood, across from the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel. Great location, plenty of developments being built in the area. Real nice properties! 🥳🇨🇦🇲🇽
I speak Spanish ( learning everyday) but you can get away with just speaking English in Vallarta, although I highly recommend learning this beautiful language. It will make it much easier for you to live here.
@@HamiltonRb you can definitely get away with just English, BUT locals love it when we speak the language. I live here full time and love learning, so it's a win win! :)
So would you guys say Cancun is different? I stayed on the mainland of Cancun between downtown and the airport, and nobody there spoke English. Not at the McDonald's, the Krispy Kreme, the hotels, the Oxxo's, the Walmart, the banks, etc. Is Puerto Vallarta different?
@@Jewtopia79 It depends on where you want to stay/live. In touristy areas, most will speak English ( within 20-30 min of DT PV), if you go inland or away from PV, or want to get best deals - you better know Spanish.
Speaking as an "ex" drafter, designer, builder and remodeler, etc., still better... than most. (They did manage to pair: "warm and cool tones," on a budget!) And I doubt many Mexican's, are buying these. Furthermore, most are 'sold' to be STRs... so consider, the "target market." 😉
Friends, let me know what did you think of the area and the video! Did you like the style of video with the information on the area first?
Lovely neighborhood and great video. What views will the unit be looking out to?
@@Wokenup-bn4vt some of the units will have a peek-a-boo ocean view BUT it is not guaranteed as there may be development in the future. Thank you!
Very nice natural lighting, flow and interior design... in a beautiful area, Elena. You look and sound happy, there. ;-)
@@williamtiffee3799 thank you Scott! We are a little hot haha, but other than that great.

Beautiful I love it 😍
Thank you my beautiful friend! ❤️
Love the video and the development...
Thank you Joe!
Love it, Elena, yes this is something I would invest in
Thank you!
It is right on a road with traffic!
Sure, that’s why I showed that 👍
It’s stunning and the price is right. Unfortunately we’re not quite ready o make the move. Next year at this time.
We’ll see you here when you are ready 😊
I like the option floor plan and lots of natural light
Beautiful edit! Great content! Amazing host! Thank you for videos like this!
Thank you very much ❤️
Love that you do the timer on how long to walk to the beach! Gracias
De nada! :)
Very nice.
You had me at the presence of a Subway Sandwich shop...lol
Wow thank you so much!
Haha glad to help and yes, Subway is hard to come by in PV, I love them too.

The videos never mention the maintenance fees, a very important bit of information.
The HOA fee info can be requested from your realtor, the fees given by the developer are never accurate.

Super cute!
Yes!!! Thank you!
Are there any units available for sale?
Yes! Please email me
I would buy that 2 bedroom condo on 60 seconds if we were ready. It’ll a year before we are. Thank you.
Get on my email list Erin, I share the best deals so when the time is right you are ready!
could you recommend a few properties with ocean view, we have a budget of 500,000 k, Thanks for all your help
Please email me at elenanevza@hotmail.com Emilio, I just found a great opportunity.
Are their units still available? Is the show unit for sale?
The units are still available Karen, the show suite is not in the building, it’s a model so it’s not for sale.
Was this a public access to the beach?
It was not, this is a private beach access for this development and a couple of others in the area.
Your title says "Best Priced Penthouse", yet you show a ground floor unit. why???
It's a show suite, pre-sale units.
Then you should at least show what the layout and balcony would look like for the Penthouse.@@ElenaNevza

What city in Mexico on the west side near CA are the most affordable to buy?
Lucy this is a very loaded question that needs a lot of research. Reach out for more info.

Buonissimo is my favourite one! But there are 4 more restaurants that are lovely 🥰
Is this development pet friendly?
Yes it is, please email for more info and /or realtor referral. elenanevza@hotmail.com

I have spent the past 8 winters in Puerto Vallarta, and the only Spanish I know is cerveza. It is a tourist town so most speak English

Interesting but needs an accomplished Mexican designer that understands color and a lively atmosphere.....So dull right now.
I personally loved the design of the space, but everyone has a different style of course!
