- Physical Agility Test is the Second Stage of PNP Recruitment Processing, this is the stage where the physical strength of every applicant will be tested.
The Physical Agility Test composed of the following:
For Male Applicants Time Execution
Push-up 1 minute 35 reps
Sit-up 1 minute 35 reps
3km run 19 minutes
For Female Applicants
Push-up 1 minute 25 reps
Sit-up 1 minute 25 reps
3km run 21 minutes
This is to inform, that all applicants must be prepared in order to pass the said test and preparations in the Physical Agility Test need time, effort and strength of applicants.

Hello po Sir, sana po mapansin po ninyo, tanong ko lang po kung Sir kung may mga inilalabas po bang resulta/data ang ating tri-bureau (or any of the three) patungkol sa mga aplikanteng nakakapasa/hindi nakakapasa sa PAT? need po namin para sa aming research maraming salamat po!

Alam mo sasabak ka maging pulis or military simple lang ang sulosyon para pumasa ka sa pft or pat , practice push up ,set up ,jogging , everyday.
Alternate. Exercise, bukas pahinga repeat. Di pwedeng araw araw bugbog ang katawan sa araw araw

There is a time limit, you have to perform atleast 35 push ups in 2 minutes

Tanong ko lang kung ilang minuto po ba kunin yung takbo at ilang kilometro patio din Yung push up at sit up?
