I bought new Swift VXI manual after your ideas of driving through videos.. within 2 months .. I drove my car in new year traffic which is bumper to bumper traffic and started using driving in peak hours with license. Still some learning’s are there.. will use your videos sure. Thanks for the video. I have a doubt
1. What happens if we put the gear in neutral while running the car
2. When clutch is pressed engine and gear is separated so engine power is not transmitted to gear so does car slow down?
Never do that !
I will answer both questions for you.
1) When you put neutral gear while driving, nothing happens the car just keeps on moving.
2) When you press clutch while moving, the engine breaking will be disabled totally and the car might behave in following ways:
1) If car is on a plain road, it will continue to move on the same speed.
2) If car is going uphill, it's speed will decrease gradually and eventually the car will go backwards down the hill.
3) If the car is going downhill, then its speed becomes very high and the car becomes uncontrollable.
Never press clutch while driving , it totally cuts off the engine breaking and makes the car speed up generally.
Only use clutch while changing gears and release the clutch slowly after changing gear, don't just leave it suddenly after changing gear.
