For our last day on Skye we decided to go all out and treat Beth's mom to a the meal of her life. A six-course taster menu in the kitchen of the Three Chimneys restaurant. Voted UK's restaurant of the year by Food and Drink magazine editors for 2018, it was 3 hours of bliss.
