I would love to update you on the Neal Signature Floor plans! We have all 3 car garage homes ranging from 2500 sqft-4200 sqft. The great thing with us is you can build a pool along with the building of the home. Our grand opening is June 15th but we are currently showing our models!

Wow, can’t get over the amount of development in what used to be Taylor Ranch. Used to be a sleepy, rural area. Sad to see all the trees and native plants deleted. Hope Sarasota county has a plan for improving the dated infrastructure to sustain the massive influx of new residents.
Thanks for the mention about fencing. Important for us with a big dog. I imagine the HOA’ s might have breed restrictions😏. Sadly German Shepherds aren’t always welcome.
Thank you Hanahoe’s! Question about Lakespur, do you know if they are planning to have a walking path / some kind of easy access to the new schools being built - thinking for like 4th, 5th, and 6th graders.
It really depends… Everly is gated whereas Wild Blue is NOT. The lot cost is starting around 1 million in Wild Blue and around $290k in Everly so you can definitely get more for the money in Everly. As far as amenities go I think the pool, fitness center and clubhouse will be comparable but Wild Blue is going to have a sports complex that is shared with Shellstone. I think it just depends on what’s important to you!

Yea, that is unfortunate but I think it’s worth looking into the HOA docs. Pit bulls are usually the ones that are a no go!

Great question, I am not sure but I will definitely find out. The high school 9-12th is being built right outside of Lakespur.
