When he came to Toronto he took me back into his dressing room for a guitar lesson, after I told him I wasn't sure if I should play left or right-handed, or upside-down, how I played my brothers' guitar. I followed his advice and I'm still playing.
I had the pleasure of meeting George Benson in 1976. He did a show with Mini and Alice Cooper in Kansas City at the after party in Lee's Summit! Great memory.. love his jazzy style😊

Was privileged enough to get a chance to meet George Benson many years ago. A friend who worked in the venue he was performing at got me in to watch his rehearsal and then I met him. The rehearsal was as good as the concert that night!
So many versions of this song on here...and they are all fabulous. One of the greatest songs ever written, I think. And kind of flies under the radar. Keeping in mind I am kind of a Zep, Stones kind of guy.
