It's Oishi, which means "delicious".
My SA partner mentioned that there was a chinese guy shouting "Hoshi" in the ad and my partner couldn't figure it out until today what that meant. I thought about it and concluded that it must be japanese guy saying Oishi; not chinese guy. Oishi means delicious. And, when my partner showed me the ad and when I saw the man bowing to everyone when he came inside the pub, I knew that is japanese culture rather than chinese.
