That knocks out at least 75% of qualified potential buyers. It’s a major issue, especially in Montana. Headaches, headaches and more headaches with those damn conservation easements. Anybody who understands “people” also understands these deals are nightmares.
Invest $38+MM in this and outside leftists have control!
The only organization missing is the Sierra Club. For $.13 (13 cents) tax reduction, they could come in and regulate what fish can be caught and the length of the fly rod.

@@truthseeker5890 -- I am a firm believer in taking care of the land but there is no way I'd purchase this ranch or any other property that is connected with a conservation. I'll be damned if I'd pay $38M for a property and have some tree hugging pink haired freak come in and tell me what I can or cannot do with my property. They would have to pay me $38M to take the headache off their hands.
Im glad I have family in Lima and Missoula. We ride our motorcycles from Lima to Wisdom, then back n forth to Dillon, Virginia City, Sheriden, Bannack, etc etc
