I second that! I might add...you NEVER freak out either!!! You are awesome! You'd be an EXCELLENT PERFECT driving instructor! Nothing ruffles your feathers, Hollz! You are wonder woman in blue! 🏴❤
Thank you both! As someone who only started doing this 5 years ago, it’s not lost on me how impactful an encouraging voice can be. I’m just paying forward all the kindness I received when I first took an interest in riding trails. ☺️
@MischiefMakerTV Having mentioned it before Hollie, a bit of positive feedback! :-) Volume level and picture quality for the workshop segments is MUCH improved. Really clear. Don't know what you have done - but it worked. :-) All the best from the UK. Richard
Three this year. The OnX build, the giveaway Jeep and the YJ. I’m fine delaying the YJ project to make sure the other 2 are completed by their timelines. The giveaway Jeep has to be done by late May & the OnX build by September. Plenty of time 😅
Good morning Hollie. If I’m not bleeding, I didn’t do it right and have to take it apart and put one of the leftover parts in. At least you didn’t hurt another finger. Luna is the only sane person on that trail 😂.
The look on that little girls face was awesome. lol, one lucky kid, we are finally going to do our first trip to moab this year. I hope it's as fun as you all make it look lol
Hollie I have 2 questions for you and 2 comments. question 1 when did you start wrenching and question 2 , do you enjoy doing the wrenching. comment 1 , i love this type of format, little wrenching a little wheeling and end up with the wrenching, suburb format. i hope you keep it going and comment #2 m m was out preforming all of the other jeeps hands down. he owned the trail like a BOSS. keep up the stellar work girl , (matt off road who?) and Paul had best look out he has come serious competition.
I would say that I really started wrenching on my own the summer of 2019. That was the first time I really got my hands dirty and had to figure things out on my own (no help from Walter, just TH-cam and plenty of frustration!) Thanks for the kind words, but like any skilled wheeler in their personal rig (and in their ‘home territory’), it should be a bit easier than it is the out-of-towners (Marlon and Luna moved here on April 4th!) 😜 I enjoy editing this format more and I will certainly being doing this format more often! I appreciate the feedback ☺️
Are you going to use those 44’s and put them on the Liberty? I have often wondered what the TH-cam channels do with the stock parts that they pull off of the Jeeps during their builds.
I may have a slight advantage with nerve damage to my hands, I currently don't feel much when I hit my fingers or hands. But when I did, I cursed and threw tools. I didn't work in a shop in those days and had a dog that would bring the tools back for me!! Have you ever looked into the origins of the word lunatic? Vegetables aren't an option for me as well. I'm allergic to things that grow from the ground and critters that ONLY eat things that grow from the ground. It's a totally valid lifestyle choice.
Hi Hollie, question.. do you give the parts you take off these give away jeeps to the winner, or do you sell parts to help offset the costs? Just curious. 😊😊😊😊😊
They always seem to find a good home. For example the original hood for this year’s rig was given to a partner for the build who requested it for one of their marketing vehicles. It will be replaced anyway with a better custom hood, so requests like that are easy to accommodate. They aren’t ever given to the winner, but I wouldn’t be opposed to sending along any takeoff parts that the winner requests that are still taking up space in the garage…
@@MischiefMakerTV just curious. Always see these new rigs tore down on different channels and I pray they are reused and not thrown away. Thank you Hollie
@@papatomsthoughts it’s a totally valid question. I can’t speak for others, but nothing goes to waste around here. I’m waiting on some brand new one tons for the TL! Jeep and you’ll likely see these M210 and M220 axles reused on the Liberty, unless I can find a cheap set of one tons 😉
You are just so darn adorable! Question: Do you own your shop or rent it and is their living quarters upstairs? I think it would be a great place for folks who don't have a garage. When I get rich, I might build some of those.
My shop is just a rental & there is no way you could live there out stay there long term. Between all the small businesses in the shop and the FedEx depot across the street, the only quiet hours are midnight-2am🤣
Hollie please dont wear rings while your working on your vehicles. Far to easy to deglove a finger or burn if contacts live wiring. . Ps keep doing what your doing .loving the content .
@@brucea822 oh, sorry for the confusion! That’s actually a one half of the Eastwood 3000# rotisserie that was holding up the YJ. Not its intended use, but with the arms flipped upside down, it makes a perfect axle jack 😅
One of the partners supporting the build asked if they could have it for their marketing rig and we obliged! We just did a parking lot swap right outside the shop ☺️ Just like the past rigs, this baby will be receiving an awesome aftermarket, color matched, hood from Rock Monster USA. I believe we chose the MPR hood - which is the same one we received for the 2022 Giveaway Jeep (it’s soooo pretty!🤩).
I’m back ya’ll 😂😂 after youtube update took all my subs away 🤷🏻♂️😡😂😂 Boy Hollie your skills have really gotten awesome in the shop.. we are gonna have to start calling you the “Fab master” 😂😂

I mean, the St. George area has been a top 5 fastest growing city in the US for a solid 5 years running and I think maybe 4 YT channels have moved here. Not too insane, really. The rest either lived here already or lived in Utah/Idaho and moved closer…so I don’t think they count, IMO at least.
Our Frenchy, Fergus, is actually from the same exact litter as Marlon and Luna’s pup, Hector. She sent me a few pictures when she was getting her pup and I couldn’t resist. It’s also awesome that Fergus gets to see Hector all the time now that they have moved out here.
A day that young Lady will never forget !!!!!
I love how you have no qualms about letting others drive Mischief Maker. It's so generous of you and helps get others interested in off road sports.

Hey Hollie, Really enjoy your videos. I have to smile at your “Female” approach to mechanical issues. Love your channel!
I usually tell myself “that will feel better when it stops hurting” and I have never lied about that.
