Mastering Major Scales on Guitar - Part 5

In Part 5 of this series we look at learning a new four string version of the major scale using the little finger on the fourth string of the guitar to play the root note of the scale.
The new finger pattern is discussed and demonstrated in a variety of keys. In addition, the importance of playing melodies using this new finger pattern is stressed to ensure that scales are used as stepping stones to creating music, not just as technical exercises.
