Yeah but you can tell you have some really good core fundamentals a lot of people aren't I'm gonna make it up close to that level without having some type of fundamentals or matchup knowledge
Yo, im having a hard time in the tekken king area of play. My ability is more than enough but my confidence drops so fast and i start to play super timid and scared. Any tips or a type of playstyle that might help get me through rank? I default to playing this higher level type of tekken and when it starts to lose to random bullshit go i tend to freeze. Mostly due to devil jin not really having good mids to press.
Comment above summarized it, but I can give advice on how to practice. Do it in practice mode, and start out slow, get the input down first and worry about speed later. For wavedashing, the input you'll be doing is ➡️⭐⬇️↘️➡️⭐ repeatedly. Once you get comfortable doing it consistently, speed it up. The rest comes in naturally with timing improvements and a LOT of practice. Good luck with your learning process.
watch the mishimacomplex video on electrics and do the drills he says in the video. if you do 5-10 minutes of drills before every play session you will 100% improve with time. theres no other trick to it. gl
Search how to do ewgf and wave dash. One tip I can tell you is to take your time and do it very slowly on both sides. If you can do one crouch dash/crouch into forward dash you're almost there with wsvedash because you're doing the motion right and all you need to do is speed up. You need muscle memory. An ewgf is essentially a crouch dash then press 2. If you're getting a wind god fist you just need to do the motion faster and that will get electrics. Check the guides on youtube but remember to do it very slowly the input us forward, neutral/let go of the stick, then down, down forward, forward plus 2. Think of it like a forward, neutral then hadoukeh motion/quarter circle forward then 2.
@@RandomPerson28337 A lot of times I don’t know which moves are truly plus or minus. Some other moves you’ll learn punishment just from fighting the character and testing during matches.
Perfect example of how far only knowing your character can take you
I just picked up DVJ about a week ago. Your guides are truly insightful and helping.

yo sol, how do we get opps to respect our wavedash mixups after knd? what moves do we use to condition them to respect it?
