Can you please measure the distance from the top of your crossbars to the top of the rack? I am trying to clear a very low parking garage and be able to have a rack and I'm not clear that the 2.75" is just the rack or includes the hardware.
Hey, sorry just saw this. My cross bars on my jeep are 3' x 45'. The rack dimension is 36' x 39'. The bracket that holds on to the cross bar slides across the whole rack so you can mount it anywhere within its 36' wide dimension.

How’s the wind noise on this rack?
I actually don't hear it. I have some stuff up there. Even a spare at one time. No noise.
