Usuals payslips are mandatory showing the proof of working. But there must be an alternative if the employer aggrees to proceed. Their attorneys guide on this
In general within 60 days transfer is possible without pay statements. If he came on October 1st since he is within 60 days he should be able to transfer. It is not mandatory that we need 3 months of pay statements. Good luck.
there is a company fragomen they are delaying it so much they are yet to file it 😔😔 They are still collecting docs and in the filing process What if they cross 60 day time and file it.
