Sir, i filled the H1-B for this yr and it was approved. But i got job with another employer is it possible to transfer the H1-B before October to the new employer rather than the employer who filled the H1-B, please let me know sir

Before October 1, there is no guarantee though we know of some successful cases. After October 1, 2024 if the transfer is initiated and H1b is not revoked transfer won’t usually have an issue with cap exemption question.

sir I have a question that is one of our student on OPT has picked up H1B in 2023 March Lottery and he did not get confirm the H!B till today, and again he has applied in 2024 lottery and picked but not get confirmed till today, what is the situation please clarify.

If the ‘myuscis’ page does have selection he is not selected?! If he is not selected in lottery, then he will have to again-have the employer file next year(make sure the employer still has the position open).
