I'm most impressed with MIT's deathstroke. he overcame a lot of tough matchups for his character main. and well done to pig's zod. he's so hard to play well. too see him in top 8 this year is awesome.

I was also REALLY hoping that there would be no manhunters in top 8 this year. hopefully a lot of people on the forums will stop complaining about how OP he is. This year proved manhunter isn't like kabal from mk9. Neatherrealm studios did an excellent job patching this game. Very pleased with the variety of characters this year unlike last year (which was dominated by superman and his stupid pre patch pressure with f2,3 breath, killer frost and her ridiculous vortex, and black atom and his safe no meter dive kicks). It's hard to say now that this game is unbalanced now (except maybe in the case of joker who virtually doesn't exist in this game). just about any character is viable nowadays.

I've noticed that Doomsday requires very little skill to use. He was actually the first character I used to beat the game on Very Hard Classics. Batgirl is a button masher's dream, she just has so many attacks to use, u can combo anything with her, which is why I use her as a side character cus I hardly need any practice with her. You would think Nightwing would be the same thing, but he's more complicated than Batgirl. Flash I think is great for beginners also, if u can beat a Good Flash player, then you can beat almost any character style, cus Flash to me personally is just ridiculous as fuck playing against sometimes if u don't play against him often, like u can't be offensive with him, u gotta defend before attacking.

Two things amaze me here. First, that so many people can root for a camper like pig of the hut (not to mention find sitting in a corner shooting stuff entertaining). Second, that MKX has even more biased commentators than Injustice. Ketchup and Mustard are the only commentators worth listening to. They keep their biases to a minimum.

His teleport simply isn't safe against zoning and a lot of characters can't do much against zoning. It's a legitimate strategy when used in moderation. To do it an entire game takes 0 skill. You don't need to know a single combo.

Hello i'm an rookie in the game and i wanna ask why do people pick Aquaman so much? And why does noone use LT RT combo when full of bars, because simply not worth it and they want to trade?
Aquaman has good normals and decent zoning a lot of safe moves his character trait is good an prevents him from being hit by combos and no one user the special because they use it to enhance moves to extend combos for more damage then the special move could ever do

dude... you have no idea how hard it is to zone at this level. he just played the matchups right. theo (the aquaman player) for whatever reason never once used water shield (one of his primary tools to dealing with zoning) to try and get in on him for whatever reason. aquaman is heavily favored in that match up. theo just didn't play it right. And if you think its that easy then by all means go to evo next year and show us how its done. He played very well with a character that is by no means all that competitive. I personally tip my hat off to the guy.

This is the first proper experience I've had with Injustice - watching matches or playing myself. I'm more of a Tekken/Street Fighter guy, but I love trying to immerse myself with different styles of fighting games. I have no clue what each character's styles are or which are better at playing than others. Hell, I have to pause after button check to see the names of moves! All of that said, even I with my limited experience can't understand why Theo never used Water Shield to protect himself against Deathstroke's projectiles. Johnny Marvéll according to wikipedia, and the source cited for the information says Justice League issue #31 2014 says that the actual word "Shazam" does not change Billy if he doesnt want it to, more or less his will and control over magic. Zoning takes skill spamming doesn't. if you main zod or raven then you have to zone cause that's how you set up your high damaging combos.

Johnny Marvéll ACTUALLY if you knew anything about why he is called Shazam it is because Marvel won a case which forced DC to change his name to Shazam instead of Captain Marvel for pretty much end of time. Maybe. Look things up before making an ignorant comment.

Johnny Marvéll according to wikipedia, and the source cited for the information says Justice League issue #31 2014 says that the actual word "Shazam" does not change Billy if he doesnt want it to, more or less his will and control over magic. The word "Shazam" is just the trigger word to channel the magic. Hope that helps

Chances are if someone in the comments here uses spam or broken or says it's wrong to jus play for the money, are 100% casual players. This game and mortal kombat are too casual and open to a world of fps players so basically they're the type of people who would want a boxer to fight like it's a street fight instead of like a professional boxer.

How a landmine can cause the same damage as the Superman special attack that send people to the outer-space and another hit to be back on Earth...? Or two tazers to the neck, an explosive batrang and being trample by a ground vehicle (even being the batmobile) matching Apocalypse punching someone several times through the other side of earth and then re-punch again to the other side? Superheroes videogame or not, the choice of making a good plot is a choice. It does not need to be realistic, but it has to be believable somehow.
