Global Hierarchy supports all kinds of hierarchies in SAP system, like Account, Profit Center, Cost Center, Consolidation Units, and so on.

Very good overview!
Somebody knows if is possible to manage authorization to a single hierarchy object created?
Like block the possibility to modify one single hierarchy but leave the user the possibility to modify other hierarchies.
