Namaste sir, I think i have a problem with muladhara chakra. In the recent months i realised my digestion is not at all well and everytime it has some issues and i noticed that muladhara chakra area is heated up most of time. I suddenly got an anology that my muladhara chakra is over working or it is taking energy from solar plexus chakra. Idk how much can it be true. Is this sensible to you sir and i am worried for nothing? I hope i can find some of your videos to balance. Tqq ❤
