Anybody, can you tell me where is the bathroom/toilet for the guest (1st floor/base floor)? I just imagine if we have a guest(s), and they need to go to toilet. Should we let them go to upstair? Why the designer didn't use understair to make a toilet?

This design does include bathrooms. a full bathroom in each bedroom and half bathroom located in the small interior garden. The virtual tour does not show them but from minute 3:01 until 3:09 the toilets are seen where they are located. However, I believe that the area is at least 80 square meters. Cheers...

This feels like out of scale for a 40sqm 🤔 dimensions will be helpful. Other than that, if possible, this is truly a good design.

with the size of 9x7,5 will not be able to apply this design for 2 units. you should choose another option like 9x3.5
