Winter Meditation: Snowy Landscape (A 10-Minute Guided Meditation to Calm the Overactive Mind)

Here's another guided meditation to help calm an overactive mind! I think you guys will really like this one. :) We'll utilize guided imagery to visualize a nature scene in detail. We start off with a body scan to relax away any tension, and then together we'll visualize a serene snowy wonderland...we'll imagine seeing the snowflakes, feeling the chilly air, and even making a snowball and snow angel! Find peace in this tranquil guided meditation... :)

Oh no! Hmm… I don’t have it set to have ads at all… I do know that YT has been putting ads into videos for channels which are not ad-supported, so I wonder if that’s what’s happening here. (I don’t profit from these videos in any way, full disclosure.) I’m so sorry that you had to hear an ad!

Hi there! Hmm, I don't have it set to include ads in any of my videos, and I don't profit from these in any form. I know TH-cam has been putting ads in videos even when the creator's videos aren't set up that way... and it sounds like that may have happened in this case. I'm so sorry you experienced an ad!
