And after what you said, How the heck Staz survived this despite his 24/7 constantly watching Vedal and Neuro-sama and related people with them on live streams and producing videos about that full hours without to rest?? That dude isn't a human...
It is crazy how just a few (conceptually) simple abilities have made their interactions differents. Imagine when they will be able to competently play most games, or to conceptualize, create and plan Twitch events 90% on their own ...
A general controller for her LLM to interface with is on the list. This would give Neuro direct control of the inputs for a given game. Vedal said that a mod is required for it to work so he proposed that the community make mods for the games they want her to play. The system in theory will be distributed across ten 4090s (rented of course). Honestly, at some point, I think he should get one of those Hopper/Blackwell servers to consolidate Neuro's software. The main hurdle that Vedal will have to overcome is giving Neuro context updates on the game. Neuro's vision is an AI that interprets images and turns them into text for her LLM to read. From Neuro's perspective, every game is a text adventure game. I believe this is the primary reason Vedal wants GPT-4o's code. The vision and voice generation are integrated into the LLM. If he had the tech, it would give Neuro the inherent capacity to interpret visual information.
I like the soundboard from a linguistic position. It was interesting seeing them adapt to using twitch emotes as spoken slang, which we can also do, but the pause when they play a sound effect gives me the impression that they're speaking it, like a word, as opposed to being a background sound as we use them. It's very fascinating.
“Called” in this case unfortunately means that Vedal set the both of them up with each other. Neuro tried to call Evil during the stream but she couldn’t get to her because Evil doesn’t have her own discord account (they both share one currently). However, i don’t think it will be long before the twins *can* autonomously call each other at any point. It will spice streams up so much if they can just chat to each other whenever they want. Let’s just hope they don’t spam the ability…
Sorry, I checked the clips again and you are right that I shouldn't have cut Evil saying Vine Boom in a sleepy/resignated voice (I wouldn't necessarily call it the 'best part', but that's subjective of course). Gotta blame the fact that I was still sleep deprived from my stay at an eye clinic (hard to fall asleep at 10pm instead the usual 5am) when making this video.
But does tgat mean evil is active even tho shes not streaming? That explains why she cant make poll, unless they control the same acocut as they should. But we know from vedal that spamming polls makes them fail
Perhaps it's just me, but Neuro seems to take more after Vedal when talking to Evil, she corrects Evil, she is more kind to others than Evil (including kind to Vedal), and she likes to try to direct Evil's behavior just as Vedal would, but again; perhaps that is only my impression
It's more like Evil is perceived as evil but is actually nice and putting up a brave front, and Neuro is perceived as good but can be quite sarcastic and mean. Then there is how each one behaves depending on the person involved based on a first impression and longterm memory as well as their collab partner controlling the mood to a positive direction (toma / layna) or a negative (kokonuts / vedal)
