Shot pulled way too fast due to the flow being too strong, you need to grind finer. Also, if you do that you will have like 3 to 5 seconds of absolutely no flow where the water does not penetrate the coffee due to lower pressure, and it will act as pre infusion which is claimed to provide better coffee, but the other upside is you will have plenty of time to set a cup beneath the portafilter AFTER you pressed the button instead of letting the coffee sit there and warm up uneedingly before the shot starts, which provides burnt taste if you ask me.
