Tomatoes - 14 Medium - Large
Onion - 1 Extra Large or 2 Medium
Garlic - 6 Cloves
Ginger - About 2 thumb sizes (optional)
Oregano - tt
Salt - tt
Crushed Pepper Flakes - tt or cayenne pepper
Olive oil - 1-2tbsp

But why do you grate your ginger but not your garlic? You don’t even have to peel your garlic clefts, just grate and the peel stays on your side of the grater! I never use a garlic press (can’t, put it in the trash where such annoying thingies belong!) and never chop it either - grating is perfect for garlic as long as you have the microplane type grater (laser cut grater), which you obviously have, since you used it on your ginger...
