Hi great video, myself and my friend (girl) will be coming this April, where and how to find small 1RKB house in Toronto (cheap ones since we are gonna study there), i've searched in FB pages and Kijiji but they are mentioning either "only for girls" or too expensive, please help
You could try basements. It will be cheaper than apartments. There will be PG for students where they share a room and also provide food. They charge about $700 to less than 1K per person. It again depends on which location you're searching.
Also you can join the Facebook group "Indians in Toronto", it's a friendly community for Indians here. A lot of people will be able to give you information or updates on this
