I just got one used, great pic. What I don't like is the slight delay when you hit record, doesn't zoom isn't good (optical), and the eye piece is difficult to use with a larger battery and even with a smaller one it stinks.
Enjoyed the review. I have had my eye on this camera since it was announced earlier this year. At this price point, it is really the best one out there because of that gyroscopic steady shot that it has. Been hoping prices will come down a tad more. Hopefully I will get one of these early next year. Should be a camera that would last for a very long time. I have read others say that filming in 4K, then down scaling to 1080P when rendering gives a better HD picture than just shooting in 1080P. Would like to hear your thoughts about that. Glad to see someone with your kind of experience with filming really likes this camera. Thanks again!
Alan Najera Hi - thanks for watching. I dont have this camera anymore but I remember there being a optical stabilisation setting. no? the lens floats about doesn't it? was there a switch on the outside?

Very insecure about his knowledge of this camera. It's good that he admits it. How can you show how a camera works if you don't even know that "T" stands for "telephoto"?

Im having trouble getting the camera to stabilize, its very bouncy when walking slow and steady. Any ideas why? Is there a on/off setting for it?
