Dont you have to complete the season Journey as well to unlock the provocator? Description on ubi site says master difficulty is to test the agents with the seasonal content meaning modifiers no?

Have the Dev's said with the change to the friend referral system that they plan to unlock 'The Stinger' LMG for all the other players in the game so they can level up their expertise system for that gun????
