If you want to Symbiote the scarlet spider use Hulk buster. Play buster then symbiote and then Scarlett. Then activate symbiote and then activate Scarlett. The symbiote will become hulk buster and merge into Scarlett Spider and then SS will clone itslef.

Activate you can only use once per card. You can activate twice in a turn if its different cards. For example activate araña and scarlet spider on the same turn

Then today, I pulled White Widow and Scarlet Spider in back-to-back pulls, saving my third key and not risking the random card or pulling the Skaar variant. Pretty happy.
