Amanda Reid is such a wonderful person. She was on the Queen Mary 2 back in 2004 when the ship first came out. I am sure she liked being on the Queen Elizabeth and know she was on the QE2. Now I read she is on the Queen Victoria. We first met Amanda when she was with Celebrity cruises,I know she is at home on Cunard. I myself like Cunard as I first sailed with Cunard many years ago when I first went to Bermuda from New York
Hmmm...I was all set to max out my credit cards on one of these cruises because it looks so nice but then I noticed everyone is about 40 years older than me. Bet they're not maxing out their credit cards.
I'm not that young but the average age does seem to be in the same bracket as its namesake. From what I could read on the daily program, it all sounds a bit boring, too. Elegant-looking ship but I think I'll wait until I'm in my 80s for this one. lol
A charge for a tour of the ship..My god thing’s have changed to the old day’s on the real Cunard.Like everything these days it all about using and selling the old luxury brand that Cunard used to be but really is just a slightly upmarket Carnival cruise on a type of Cunard ship.
It seems like an expensive hotel for retired people, looks very boring... all you can do is to sit in some fancy restaurants or bars all day long or watch never ending sea; or buy some overpriced stuff LOL
Nothing boring at all about a Cunard sailing, sport. I’ve just turned 50 and - among the many many experiences I’ve had in the 16 years I’ve been traveling with Cunard, I’ve taken fencing lessons!, sculpted with a Master Sculptor!, learned how to ballroom dance!, heard some of the most astounding lectures from Oxford professors, enjoyed the world’s first Planetarium at Sea, been spoiled rotten in the Canyon Ranch Spa like only they can, seen some of the most amazing places in the world where your average cruise ship would never stop, have made some delightful educated friends from all around the world and have done all these things so while being serenaded by exceptionally performed live music day in and day out. For someone who hates dressing up (me), it is an absolute treat to lose oneself in such a charming and beautiful world a few weeks out of each year. For the adventurous spirit, there is nothing like riding the Queen Mary 2 in rough Atlantic seas; it is at once exhilarating and captivating - something you almost long for each time you board her!

I will be travelling on Queen Elizabeth very soon for the very first time to New Zealand.
Thanks for sharing.
Can I open a beer with my card is the most important question?
Cunard the best going on QE in 9 days.
ONE DAY I WILL GET THERE ON IT...OH YES
My paternal grandparents used to travel by my great-grandmother Queen Mary.
Nice video 🤠

Cunard is a hero. The Carpathia was Cunard and it saved Titanic.

I think it looks fun. Check out some of the videos of drunken fights and parties and arguments on cruise ships. The younger the crowd the more rowdy.
I am fairly young (ish) I use her as a floating hotel...... service is top notch!

I do wonder why they didn't name this ship the Queen Elizabeth III/3.
