Go to the store and you will get cane sugar looks like our Kenyan sugar
We have a similar one in Nigeria but the mixture is watery but a bit tick and we use a non stick pan with little oil to fry it over a low heat,we call it pancake,we eat it with egg sauce but l add sausages and baked beans to mine,it is my favorite breakfast ❤❤❤❤

Wife's food is the best because of the love in her heart. That love literally goes to the food more than the ingredients.
Try doing layers by rolling each rolled one again with oil then rolling again round. The layers will fluff up. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
