When I travelled in this train by Jan 24 , it was at Sur sharp 10 PM and at Pune sharp 2 AM and Dadar sharp at 5.30 AM. However it is a slowest train even slower than Hutatma Exp and MUmbai Gadag now extended to Hospet exp. Hutatma runs at 60 average and Gadag exp runs at 55 to 60 despite many gradients curves etc. Luckily I travelled in III AC and despite that lot of unwanted people roaming in coaches like town bus and I guess that half of these crowds boarding and deboarding from Reningta till Sur may be without ticket and Railways designated this gadha as SF with just 48 km speed average to recover the fare from other ticket holders. Funnily it has reached very late at destination for you also. 😛😛😛Thank you for putting very hard work all the way from chennai to your home town Pune to your capital Mumbai🤐🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
Despite more halts it's still a good train..but IR need to control local passengers travelling in reserved coaches...Like Nandigram express local passengers can be allowed in coach which is for Kalaburagi & Raichur
This train was very fast earlier before covid and didn't had much stops, infact this was the fastest option ,but post covid it became the worst with most stops
Now the best option is ltt-karaikal express but we seriously need some train that can travel between mumbai and chennai in 15-18 hours

@kdtravelstudio thanks a lot. Please try to capture new platform construction work happening behind pf number 2. Aside this is just for information that construction of nagar need parali work is full swing. Currently crs is done till eganwadi station in Aug 24. Eganwadi to beed work will be completed by dec 24 and there possibility of train operations between ahmadnagar and beed section on 26 jan 25. Although it seems very optimistic but tracks are laid in eganwadi section on 90 percent section.

Arre Bhai,kaunse angle se yeh train SF Mail lag rahi hai ? Har 15-20-30 minutesme station par ruk rahi hai.
Average speed 55 kmph hai isliye SF category hai
Arre bapare, kitne halts leti hai yeh train !!!!

35:59 i would warn people to not to take anything from such outsider vendors due to following reasons:
1) these people don't cover their food while going through entire train, they keep their buckets/ food tubs anywhere, near the toilets as well.
2) some of the thieves / robbers are among these vendors and they steal people's valuables very effectively without people noticing soon enough.
3) these people always sell food at overpriced rates
There should be a dress code, TT should check their I'd every time
