I was looking forward to the progress before seeing the video but it is disappointing/shocking to see that the progress is very slow. However it is not completely stopped and that at least is a good news.

Manmad to Ahmednagar just 19 Kms pending. Nice progress. But Pamban bridge started just later than this doubling project. Pamban bridge now over and CRS also completed with brand new Lift bridge and will open to traffic at any time. CR should have speeded this route like SR did. thanks
Almost zero progress between nagar and nimblak. The nalah work near nagar outer is in same state from last 1 year. The new platform construction work behind pf number 2 seems to be stopped completely. It shows complete neglisance of doubling work between nagar and Nimblak. It raises a doubt whether contractor might have ran away keeping work incomplete. Pune division seems to ve fore focused on pune miran doubling instead of daund manmad doubling.

Looking at the time table, it looks like trains are taking the Chord Line while going towards SNSI. But while coming from SNSI, the trains are still going to Puntamba junction for the reversal.
It seems that the remaining incomplete portions of Daund--Manmad and Pune--Miraj sections are not priority.... Railways be like....80% toh electrification kar diya... Toh ab bacha hua slowly hota rahega... They did the same with Nanded electrification... 2-3 line were electrified out of all the lines at the stations and they carried out CRS and next/next to next day message was printed in paper that SCR achieved 100% electrification.... 😂😂 The actual 100% electrification was completed subsequently.... I travelled between Miraj and Pune two days ago and there also the condition is same for the remaining sections.... Not much improvement since last in that section also...
@kdtravelstudio hopefully now that all festivals have passed... The speed increases sharply in all the sections... Who knows Pune-DD section may require triple line soon
Doubling of this route is taking soooooo much time. I am coming to a stage like...loosing complete interest in this project due to neglect by IR. Many other project that started after this one have been already competed. Even Pune Miraj is nearing completion (except the difficult Sindawane ghat section).

CR focuses only on Mumbai and neglects other sections. Also Solapur and Pune divisions of CR are very corrupt.
The train by which KD is travelling has diesel engine. Reminds me of old days. How nice.
