I don't think the ProBoat SprintJet was ever ment for 4s brushless😳
There is definitely cavitation or pleasure issues having this much power running a tiny little impeller, 3s only from now on I think😅
The water cooling stator works a treat and looks super cool😎

Good video. I agree that 4S is a bit overkill for such a little boat. 3S seems to be plenty in my opinion.
That lady sure seemed to enjoy watching the little boat go.

Sup man. Been following your Proboat sprintjet. I am looking to get one and overpower it like you have. But I want to use it for upstream shallow water creek beds. That part you have on the bottom rear. That is for smooth water to help keep the little guy from hopping under power, correct? I wonder if it would hold up to my intentions? Looks like it may guard the outdrive a bit for me like a skid plate. Great vids by the way. Keep it up!!

Yes so the ride plate makes the boat a lot smooth (stops bounce) but it definitely helps with cornering aswell.
It should work fine for your desired use unless it ended up being a bumper bar😅

Will be good to see the brushless jetjam. I didn't get one of those at first because they were not very agile and fun to drive compared to sprint jet which was fun standard, and even more silly when now brushless.
But brushless power should change that jetjam big time. I have 2 of them here ready for my son and i, but haven't tested them yet. I wonder how long they will stay brushed for...
You are absolutely correct, they needed a bit more speed and better steering and for the price😬
Brushless I hope will make the steering a little better aswell.

i have to get that ride plate amazing how stable it is now. i just put a 2430 6300 kv in mine yesterday... it rips.
The ride plate is definitely an amazing little mod for it👌

My sprintjet has the same issue as yours with it being too fast and it jumps and flips. Then its rescue boat time

@@rccrazy Im a welder fabricator/ machinist/ mechanical engineer and am in the prototype testing phase with a few different mod upgrades. Different designs for flat open water high speed stability and one for river/creek rapids.

What battery would you recommend for the stock esc and motor to pep the boat up?
I was using 450-550mah 2s drone lipos on the stock system, higher C rating will give you more punch, 40C and above is what I try and get for all my RCs if possible👍

Does that stock ecs from the brushless motor work
The stock esc is brushed.
You need a brushless esc to power a brushless motor.

Sorry I'm really not sure what you mean.
The stock electronics are brushed!
I removed ALL the stock parts and installed a 30a watercooled brushless esc a brushless motor a 3 wire servo and proper receiver.

It is a little hard being such a tight fit yes.
The only real tip I could give you is make sure the motor is the first thing you installed.
Not really many tips I can give, I also had a hard time installing the motor.
