I dont know what the actual process is but what i do is i never cook the masala, i just cook the noodles, by the time i pour the taste maker on the plate/bowl and mix it well with the oil then i put the cooked noodles on it, mix it and eat it. In my opinion it tastes best in this way, do give it a try.....
