I remember something similar happened to Ana Konjuh at Wimbledon a few years ago, she has had many ankle surgeries since then. Watch out for Ana Konjuh, she has just returned to the ITF circuit with no ranking this week but I hope kasatkina isn't out for years with this

Good catch, just after 4:45 the outside part of her right shoe sole caught the service line as she was running at full speed to retrieve the drop shot. We all hope she makes a quick recovery. A very brave lady.
